* Minimum Graduation in Computers.

* 2 to 3 years of experience in handling works related to Microsoft Office 365.

* Good communication skills in English.

 

Strong operational skills in handling User management, changes, managing policies, handling spam rules, taking backups, configuring new accounts on Desktop / Mobile devices, and Troubleshooting O-365 operational issues.

 

Good understanding of differences in License types.

 

Good understanding of day-to-day functionality in Microsoft services in O-365. [Eg.: Teams, Yammer, One Drive, Exchange, and Active Directory.]

 

Good knowledge about new domain adding process / Managing existing domains.

 

Good knowledge about ADFS and Azure AD.

 

Good knowledge about Network issues pertaining to O-365 services.

 

 

> Responsible for all O-365 operational works like User management in AD/O-365, changes to existing Emails / Groups / Policies, creating new policies or managing policies, handling spam rules, taking backups, configuring new accounts in Desktop / Mobile devices, Trouble-shooting O-365 operational issues in GUI or PowerShell or by contacting Microsoft support.

• Responsible for solving User tickets related to O-365.

• Responsible for network issues related to O-365.

•  Responsible for optimizing the usage of O-365 features.
