Role: Taleo Consultant Work Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Shift: Rotational KEY SKILLS - 1. Needs to be proficient Functionally and Technically. 2. TCC Experience Web services experience on integration preferably with PSFT - any real time integration experience will be a top up Recruiting and onboarding process knowledge 3. Experienced Taleo (Recruiting, Onboarding) technical consultant. 4. Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration design, impact on other modules and other applications. 5. Extensive experience in any Recruiting and Onboarding module of Taleo 6. Support experience working with Taleo Passport vendors related to e-verify, Drug testing, assessment etc 7. Experience with integrating other HRIS applications like PeopleSoft using Taleo Client Connect is a big plus 8. Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a thorough recruiting solution 9. Excellent Communication Skills required. 10. Responsible for Taleo Recruiting/Learning implementation/migration/configuration/ administration activities RESPONSIBILITIES the overall scope of activity includes (but not limited to), Business requirement gathering and analysis along with completion of decision guides and collection of supporting artifacts.

Core HR 2. SSHR 3. I Recruitment 4. OLM 5. Payroll Experience in R12 application is mandatory and Fusion knowledge will be added advantage. Good written and spoken English communication skills Required Willingness to work in Shifts is Mandatory

Role: Oracle Field Service Cloud (TOA) Functional Consultant Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Description: • Oracle Field Service Cloud SaaS application Functional Consultant • Good functional experience in Field Service planning, Fulfilment and Field Service Management with hands-on experience of at least 5-7 years • Experience on Cloud integrations with on premise applications and other cloud applications will be an added advantage. • Consultant should have good communication skills for direct interactions with client key super users • Consultant should possess good troubleshooting skills and have worked atleast on 2 support projects • Candidate should be ready to work in shifts
