Job Title: Draftsman (Mechanical / Equipment Design)

Qualifications

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD

Experience in fabrication drawings, preferably for vessels and process equipment

Familiarity with engineering standards such as ASME, API, TEMA, and PED

Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and costing

Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings and specifications

Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Prepare GA (General Arrangement), P&ID, and layout drawings

Design and draft equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks

Prepare mechanical data sheets

Ensure designs are efficient and cost-effective

Prepare BOQs and support costing activities

Coordinate with internal departments and clients for design-related tasks

Prepare and verify Bills of Materials (BOM)

Review specifications, sketches, and drawings to determine design requirements

Modify and revise designs to enhance performance and reduce production issues

Role Overview

Looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with daily operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, reminders, and schedule prioritization

Draft, review, and manage emails and communication

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics

Responsibilities:

 Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

 Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality

and time

 Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.

 Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same

in productivity meetings.

 Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production

targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical

design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work

order and for clarifications on design parameters during production

 Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team

 Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.

 Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination

with the HR function

 Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process

 Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training

sessions.

facilitate completion of all the audits.

 Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the

engineering function

 Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and

reduction in operational expenses / overheads

 Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through

SAP

 Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum

deviation from specifications

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose

 • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications

• Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools

• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams

• Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams

• setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis, Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting

• Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams

 • Designing & implementing enterprise-wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing)

• Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work

• Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc.

• Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow

• Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7-11 years of managing team experience and at least 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy

• Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project

• Strong hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUI etc.

• Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation

 • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins

• Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS

• Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto

• Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Web driver IO, NightWatchJS, etc

• Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool

• Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc.

• Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred.
