* Strong programming skills in Node JS [ Must] , React JS, Android and Kotlin [Must]

* Hands on Experience in UI development with good UX sense understanding.  

• Hands on Experience in Database design and management

• Hands on Experience to create and maintain backend-framework for mobile applications.

• Hands-on development experience on cloud-based platforms like GCP/Azure/AWS

• Ability to manage and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Strong experience in designing APIs using RAML, Swagger, etc.

• API Standards, Security, Policies Definition and Management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor’s and/or master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

* 7+ years of software engineering experience in a multi-national company

* 6+ years of development experience in Kotlin, Node and React JS

* 3+ Year(s) experience creating solutions in native public cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure)

* Experience with Git or similar version control system, continuous integration

* Proficiency in automated unit test development practices and design methodologies

* Fluent English

We’re growing quickly on grounds of great customer love & are looking to add a new Retention Marketing Manager to our growth team. Your responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):

● Find key levers for growth in the user journey funnels across all channels (CRM, Digital marketing, direct, etc.) and platforms (App, Web, Mweb, etc.)

● Develop a personalization roadmap and execution plan across teams to help drive better visits/user and visit to buy conversions

● Drive initiatives to maximize LTV

● Manage cross-functional growth projects at both macro and micro levels, working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments, A/B tests, and roll out features on an ongoing basis

● Analytical :- Develop data-backed insights to predict good/bad customer journeys, understand user engagement, new vs retention programs to find levers for growth

Objective:

• To manage complete back-office operations related to insurance broking business.

• SAIBA (Insurance broking software) based transactions management.

• Business renewals and retention

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Entry / booking of new / renewal business.

• Tracking the proposal end to end from booking, issuance, endorsement, and brokerage recovery.

• Recon of broking account statements and raising of invoices with insurance companies and timely collection of commission

• Follow-up with insurance companies for brokerage recovery

• Rapport building with insurance companies.

• Follow-up with internal stakeholders for requirement closure

• Create reports and dashboards and publish to internal and external stakeholders and management on a timely basis.

• Follow-up with IT team for reporting and closure of systems bugs/ issues

Requirements:

• Graduation / Post Graduation. Insurance related qualification would be added advantage.

• 2 -3 years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency on MS- Excel. Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience of working in the space of insurance broking operations

• Conversant to SAIBA software or any other insurance broking software

• Good cross functional coordination capabilities with internal stakeholders like Finance, compliance, internal audit etc.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
