 Roles and Responsibilities

1. Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
2. Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
3. Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
4. Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
5. Write high-quality product descriptions and provide supporting content
6. Work on creating graphics and social media content designs for the brand
7. All designs are to be made on canva.

Requirements

• Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
• Familiarity with keyword research
• Experience with social media and content marketing
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Must have worked on Canva

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Software Testing.

● Strong expertise in JIRA for bug tracking and test management.

● Proficiency in manual testing, including UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.

● Experience in automation testing using Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools (preferred).

● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

● Familiarity with SQL queries for database validation.

● Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities for System Administrator

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance

Qualifications for System Administrator

1. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
2. 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
3. System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
4. Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
5. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
6. Experience with scripting and automation tools
7. A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
8. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

• Collaborating and coordinating with internal teams of HR & Marketing 
• Delivery of high-quality, innovative concepts from creative briefs to create artwork for Brands and campaigns. 

• Interpreting creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
• Researching and understanding the target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts and in-person meetings
• Writing original copy and editing content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
• Revising copy based on feedback/ direction
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends
• Staying updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications or related discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
• Exceptional writing and research skill
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• Social media or content marketing experience a plus
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
• Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.

As our visual designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.

• Create the templates such that information on the app is easy to find, visually appealing and adhering to international standards and trends
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers, service teams in order to create simple, easy-to-use designs
• Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
• Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field
• Interpret storyboards to tell visual stories that support our solutions

• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in designing graphics, layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile
