Relationship Manager – Senior Manager/AVP

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.

Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Mandatory (Note 2) - Overall Expected CTC should not be more than 15L

• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, Strong communication and domain knowledge.
• Sound Knowledge in HTML,CSS, Microsoft. Net framework, Javascript, PHP, React and SQL.
• Able to create detail business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
• Experience in Agile scrum methodologies creating user stories and estimating story points for each stories.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Working experience with any wireframe tools (Sketch ,Adobe, UXPin, Mockplus, JustInMind etc)
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Masters/Degree with a background in business, Engineering and IT with minimum 5 years working experience as business Analyst.

• Help the product owner groom the product backlog by considering purpose, prioritizing the stories,
• organizing the stories, splitting epics into user stories, and ensuring a complete description of the
• solution.
• Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification
• (Software Requirements Specification) documents.
• Works with the stakeholders to analyze and document business processes for the system to be
• developed
• Perform actual analysis on requirements to consider all scenarios/exceptions that may occur
• Determine functional requirements and features and prepare a wireframe for user interface screen
• Advise the product owner and coach the team, as well as other business analysis considerations
• Communicates with both the developers and stakeholders in such a manner until the project ends.
• Co-facilitate trainings/workshops client-side.

We are having an immediate requirement for a Python web developer.

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience developing web applications with Django/Flask/FastAPI
• Familiarity with Linux
• Experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Uses Docker and CI/CD
• Writes tests
• Experienced in application deployments and scaling them on AWS or GCP

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and build product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with leadership team.
• Define Product Vision – Create product roadmap, identify the product market fit, areas for investment and potential for innovation in the market.
• Define Product strategy and market fit - break down the product vision and design product strategy to achieve vision.
• Business Requirements - Create and maintain business requirements for the technical teams.
• Execution of Product Planning and Development – Include customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements.
• Document insights and interaction models based on user feedback.
• Conduct usability tests to validate business ideas.
• Work as a product owner as part of our agile teams, run sprints and lead product delivery.

Required Skill

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance Or Operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Product Manager.
• Strong experience in project delivery methodologies and business analysis methodologies.
• Possess good knowledge of agile project delivery and has experience working with agile teams.
• Strong experience in defining and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills with proven experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Ability to see the big picture, effectively evaluate trade-offs and drive consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously while delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
