Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys for research data collection.
- Assist in organizing interviews, meetings, and other research-related tasks.
- Maintain and update research databases with accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter collected information and feedback into the system.
- Ensure all data is recorded and processed as per project guidelines.
- Meet daily and weekly calling/data targets.
- Follow up with respondents and ensure completion of surveys.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline research operations.
