Position : Linux BSP developer

Location : Bangalore 

Experience : 3 to 10 Years 

Requirements :

1. 3 to 10 Years of proficiency working on C and Embedded Linux BSP (Board Support Package).
2. Highly proficient and possess working in Linux kernel and Linux device drivers.
3. Hands on experience on working on platform of MIPS, ARM etc.
4. Working knowledge and strong understanding of Device Tree.
5. Understanding of Make files, their customization and Cross Compilation and Shell scripting.
6. Experience in working on U-boot.
7. Video and Camera domain knowledge will be a BIG advantage.
8. Knowledge of secure boot would be an added advantage.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Java Lead to join Deqode’s backend engineering team. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Java technologies along with the ability to lead a team and drive complex technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership as Lead Developer for backend services.
• Manage a team of 5-7 Java developers; mentor and guide juniors.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Contribute in writing clean, testable, scalable code using Java and Spring Boot.
• Own and drive technical design discussions and implementations.
• Work with cross-functional teams: Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product, and 3rd parties.
• Ensure robust unit testing, code coverage, and maintain high quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot defects and support production deployments.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Java development experience
• Expertise in Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture
• Knowledge of Netflix OSS or Spring Cloud
• Proficient in writing JUnit test cases
• CI/CD pipeline experience in real-time projects
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to AWS Cloud Services from a development perspective

Your duties will include maintaining code repositories via GitHub and internal server storage modules.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities a Golang developer is expected to undertake in their position:

• Implement AWS containers to support Go implementation and successful repository maintenance
• Utilize Kubernetes to ensure successful application development, deployment, and scaling
• Implement Docker for smaller-scale applications that require simpler deployments
• Employ Linux Terminal command structures to allow easy back-end operations for less-expert technical staff
• Structure our user interface with React and ensure REST API access is available for enterprise-grade finance customers on-demand
• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure consistent and smooth DevOps workflows
• Choose and implement other JavaScript libraries that will optimize performance without sacrificing security and base functionality
• Manage multiple projects within reasonable design specifications and budget restrictions
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, such as programming. Other critical skills required are:

• Provable proficiency in Go programming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in programming or information technology
• Attention to detail and Knowledge in Java is recommended
• Portfolio of work with examples that showcase technical skill
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Go templating, common frameworks, and tools
• Experience working with a team
