About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Growth Marketing Intern to join Gevme’s marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Growth and Product Marketing teams to execute demand generation campaigns, optimize funnels, and contribute to scalable growth strategies. You will play a key role in building, implementing, and measuring campaigns and processes that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

• Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for Gevme and leadership accounts
• Support outbound campaigns and email sequences
• Track engagement metrics and report on what's working
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities
• Help execute growth experiments across paid and organic channels
• Assist with event marketing activations (Industry Events)

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong writing skills with an eye for punchy, non-corporate copy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and social media analytics
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels, demand generation, and lead lifecycle
• Self-starter who can take a brief and run with it
• Interest in events, experiential marketing, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva or marketing automation platforms

I. YOUR ROLE

Driving business objectives for the agency’s clientele through Paid marketing activities.

II. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring, Auditing and Executing Campaigns on Google display/search Ads, Facebook, and Instagram ads
• Ensuring campaign performance and identifying insights to drive incremental results.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager and creative teams for campaign planning.
• Drive positive curiosity and a hunger for learning and new ideas through the team.
• Initiate and drive case study creation that can be nominated for awards, post completion of noteworthy campaigns.
• Build trust with clients’ POCs and Digital Leads.
• Ability to represent the agency in account reviews and performance meetings
• Assisting the team in pitching for new business.
• Auditing Ad accounts of prospects and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
• Deliver volume, quality leads , TAT & cost outcomes (in accordance with quarterly OKRs) for paid user acquisition (i.e. advertising)

III. ABOUT YOU

- Professional / Academic Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Paid media
• A Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field

- Technical Requirements

• Expert level command over Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads
• Exposure to multiple verticals like eCommerce, BFSI, Realty, Travel, etc.
• Proficient at Google Analytics, Apps-flyer, Similar web, Adobe solutions, etc.
• Master of decoding trends and analytics from data
• Proficient with the MS Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Creative & Strategic thinking
• Up-to-date on creative and market trends

Job Description

• Developing and supporting ASP.NET, C#, web applications, using MVC 5 and .NET Core
• Developing and supporting SQL database structures, using Entity Framework code first
• Utilizing frameworks such as Bootstrap and CSS for responsive web design
• Follow established development standards and processes which help to consistently deliver high quality applications.
• Continue development of skills and expertise on current and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3 to 9 years of experience developing C# .NET applications
• Experience with .NET Core 2.1 and or 4.5, MVC frameworks, Web API, Entity Framework 6 or above
• Experience with SOLID design principles
• Excellent communication and documentation skills is a must
• Experience with agile development process including scrums, Kanban boards, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming sessions
• Experience with front end technologies such as Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end libraries such as VueJS, React, or Angular
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including the Portal and DevOps

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Desired Technical Skills :

- Excellent skills in PHP, MySQL  and Javascript

- Knowledge of any MVC framework Laravel, Codeigniter etc.

- Strong object-oriented programming skills

- Good understanding of both front-end and back-end web development.

- Knowledge of eCommerce is a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a complete front end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5
• Professional, precise communication skills
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
• Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
• Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects and keeping the framerate above 30fps at all times
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
• Experience with all levels of operation available to the front-end, such as from creating XHRs in vanilla JS to using a custom wrapper around $resource
• Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
• Documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions
• Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
• Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with Protractor (or a well reasoned alternative)
• Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
