Data Science Analyst – Remote 

Springer Capital is a real estate investment firm based in Chicago, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Springer engages in Capital Advisory for APAC Private Equity and Asset Management making financial investments in real estate and other sectors in US markets. 

Springer seeks an Data Science Analyst to join the Technology side of the company. The internship can be onsite in Shanghai or conducted remotely. The start date of the internship is flexible.  

Job Highlights 

As an intern for the data analysis team, you will be focusing on researching and developing tools and workflow that automate some parts of our business automation.  As business automation is important throughout the firm, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Springer. 

What you will do as an intern: 

Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and web scraping tools. 

Clean and process raw data to ensure it is accurate and consistent. 

Analyze data to extract insights using computational tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python. 

Communicate insights in a clear and concise manner with the manager along your progress.  

Implement solutions based on insights you discovered to improve business processes or solve problems.

Interns will have group calls with the director and supervisors regularly for up-to-date and constructive feedback 

Greater leadership and responsibilities will be given to interns based on work quality

Strong experience using Excel.  

Passionate about analyzing data.  

Experience (preferred) with data analysis.

Technical and legal Information 

The internship enrollment period is flexible. The expected hours are 20 per week for ~3 months. Upon completion, you will receive an internship confirmation letter, or you can apply to your school for internship credit.  

Role: Technical Lead - Finance Solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation/project management experience
• Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
• Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to write and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
• Experience working with ETL pipelines or data migration processes
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive client success

Designation: Assistant Sales Manager (Back office sales) 

Location: A-10/4, MIDC Butibori, Nagpur – 441122, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for entire target-based Sales of Shinex Mosaics for your assigned region.

·        It will be a Back Office Sales Job.

·        He/She will have to call the Prospective Clients and finalize the order.

·        He/She will have to build and maintain good working relationships with customers like

Responsibility

You will be part of the Operations team who offer client solutions in an innovative manner 

Primary: 

• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and client. Should be able to research clients products, services, plans competitors and target markets
• Meet clients for briefings, pitches and present proposals to clients for approval.
• Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media solutions for the client.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Handling financial issues with the client, timely estimation collection.
• Maintain daily interaction with client and internal teams.
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
• Review advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote product
