Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in theHORECA segment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hotels, restaurants, chefs, andcatering companies.

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts in alignment with company policies.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth order fulfilment.

• Track sales funnel performance, prepare reports, and present progress to leadership.

• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

.• Train and mentor sales staff, if applicable, to enhance team performance

.Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor& degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

• Minimum 12-15 years of sales experience in the HORECA / Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing Industry.

• At least 4 years in a team management or leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in growing B2B sales and building high-performing teams.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strategic, analytical, and commercially driven mindset.

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Objectives of this Role

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates TrustCheckr and its features across primary market segments

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering or MBA
• Strong experience in a SaaS/Identity Space/Fintech is a plus
• 1 to 2 years of experience

• 4-5 years of experience in functional automation tools and frameworks (mandatory).
• Experience with the Playwright automation tool (desirable)
• Analyze logs generated from monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, Kibana for troubleshooting and debugging service failures.
• Perform database validation using appropriate queries to verify data integrity in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work effectively within an Agile development methodology and participate in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement etc.
• Identify and report bugs and defects using a bug tracking tool.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
• Learn API automation and contribute to API automation deliveries.

Role description:
We are looking for a competent CTO (Chief Technology Officer) who will be our first technology go-to expert and play an integral role in setting the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth. In this position, you will oversee our overall technology development and technology utilization plan to manage all information technology resources of our company.
