Expertise & Hands on experience with the following:

• Creating new infrastructure from scratch
• Excellent working experience of LAN, WAN management and network devices
• Linux Server installation and drivers installations configuration
• Network troubleshooting in both windows, linux environments.
• Troubleshooting of WiFi Networks
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Perform network diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and SNMP.
• Investigate security incidents and implement measures to mitigate risks. ○ Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for network emergencies.
• Working experience to manage the complex network infrastructure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on ERP Implementation & Support Executive with 10 months to 1.5 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a willingness to work in a client-facing support role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation for clients across various domains.
• Provide real-time support during ERP deployment, configuration, and post-implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and resolve client queries effectively.
• Conduct basic training sessions for end-users.
• Collaborate with internal technical and functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare documentation related to implementation, user support, and issue logs.
• Communicate professionally with clients and travel locally when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Good understanding of ERP workflows, modules, and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries is a plus.

What you need to have:

As the primary person responsible for operations, we think it will be a great fit if -

1. You previously worked in supply chain or operations where hardware was being built and have prior experience dealing with overseas vendors.
2. You have a mechanical background and take care of the QA of the product being built for mass adoption of Crypto.

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design test cases based on the use cases and considering various quality aspects.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Perform in-depth and thorough testing of the owned features/areas.
• Maintain the test cases and test results in test management system.
• Maintain the defects in defect Management system.
• Plan and realise the test environment, platforms, test cycles and regression cycles based on the strategy and quality evaluation at different stages of the product.
• Keep updated on the latest testing and domain technologies, test coverage methodologies and quality metrics.
• Develop skills on automation and testing tools.
• Should guide junior members in performing their activities effectively and help them develop technical skills.

• BE/B-Tech/BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in QA.
• Proven working experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting is big plus
