Jaipur Company seeks a PHP Developer Full-time

Responsibilities:-

1)  Experience: We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer with at least 3 years of experience in PHP and one of the following: .NET or Cloud Server Operations. If you do not have experience in these areas, we are prepared to provide training to help you gain these skills. All our work is recorded under an employee monitoring system.

2)  SAAS Product Operations: As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for managing and operating our own cutting-edge Software as a Service (SAAS) products. You can explore our products at https://www.pnapna.com.

3)  Collaborative Work: You will collaborate closely with our IT team to bring various projects to fruition.

4)  /Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication within the team and with clients.

5)  Troubleshooting: Part of your role will involve identifying and resolving issues related to our SAAS scripts and the infrastructure of our server systems.

6)  Server Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of web processes and infrastructure on our Linux-based servers.

7)  Script Development: You will have the opportunity to create scripts that enhance client systems, helping them achieve peak performance and meet their objectives.

8)Software Development: Testing and developing software for client applications, primarily those located in North America, is a key aspect of your role.

9)Documentation: You will create comprehensive documentation for the software you develop, ensuring that it is well-documented for both internal and client reference.

10)           Debugging: Utilizing source debuggers, you will diagnose issues and write or modify client software as necessary to enhance functionality.

11)           Project Results: You will be expected to consistently deliver effective results within set deadlines, contributing to the success of our projects.

Requirements:-

1)  Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.

2)  Development Skills: Proficiency in PHP is required, along with experience in using web frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter. If you do not have experience with PHP, knowledge of DOT.Net desktop applications or Cloud servers is acceptable. We are willing to provide training to enhance your skills in these areas.

3)  Front-end Technologies: Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5, is essential for this position.

4)  Programming Skills: You should have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

5)  Database and OS: Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as experience with the Linux operating system, is beneficial for success in this role.

6)  Project Leadership: The ability to effectively manage and lead projects is a key competency that we value.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000 per month

Contract Length: 45 days Notice Period

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure, architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.

We are looking to onboard a Senior Software Engineer, who has a founder's mindset including the following traits:

- Experience of full stack development across web & mobile based technologies and should have scaled a business 

- Ability to build scalable products/ platforms, fully redundant fault-tolerant infrastructure while working on modern technologies.

- Stronghold in both front-end & back-end development/ algorithms with experience of building agile, highly scalable, data-driven platforms from scratch

- Ability to be hands-on with coding across big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, DevOps, business intelligent solutions, etc. apart from strategically guiding/ mentoring the team

- Ability to manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives from concept, scope, planning, estimation, project management, and deployment.

- Stronghold in executing stuff on the ground and hustle around to “Get things done”

- Ability to think and see the big picture while focusing on short term goals and deliverables

- Leadership qualities to hire and build a kick-ass technology/ product team going forward

- Experience as a founder/ being part of founding team is huge plus but not mandatory

- Experience in the Fashion/ Apparel industry is a plus but not mandatory

- Experience: Preferably 2-5 years

We are looking for a full-stack Javascript developer mainly with Javascript Frameworks (React, Angular) and NodeJS skillset.

As a Frontend JS Developer, you will be required to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.

As a NodeJS developer, you will need to focus on the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full development life cycle, including implementing design, coding, testing and production release

• Your main duties will include creating modules and components in React and coupling them together into a functional app.

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

• Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development

Qualifications

• Passionate about developing amazing user experiences

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript (Object Oriented)

• At least 1 year of experience working in MEAN or MERN stack - i.e. React/Angular and Nodejs

• Deep knowledge of Frontend Application practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience along with Node.js applications on top of RESTful APIs

• Experience with web frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3,  Bootstrap

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git is a plus

• Knowledge Experience in building ionic/hybrid apps is a huge positive
