What will you be doing:

• Actively participate & contribute in Customer Workshops & Meetings led by Performio Lead Consultants
• Work in concert with Lead Consultants to define and document detailed requirements from customers around their sales comp plans,    data,and processes
• Deliver thorough, well-documented, detailed solutions workbooks (detailed models of a customer’s incentive compensation plans)
• Implement system designs in our SaaS ICM Software product: Setup data intake from the Customer, data integration / enrichment / transformation, buildout the compensation plans in the software tool, configure reporting & analytics according to customer requirements gleaned in the discovery process
• Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure a high-quality solution is delivered to customers
• Evaluate discrepancies in data and accurately identify root causes for any errors
• Provide support to Customer Admins during the Customer Testing and System Handover activities
• Be actively involved and support customers through the system go-live process
• Support existing customers by investigating and resolving issues
• Evaluate change requests submissions to scope the level of effort and determine the configuration changes required
• Participate in activities, and provide feedback on internal processes and the standard
• solution
• Document best practices, define/develop reusable components; and advocate leverage/reuse of these to improve the Delivery Efficiencies for Performio & the Time toValue for Customers
• Participate in activities, and provide customer focused feedback on improving and stabilizing the product
• Track work on projects using our PS automation software

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ Years of relevant working experience in professional services on implementation of ICM solutions using products like SAP Commissions/Callidus, Xactly, Varicent etc.
• Proficient in working with large datasets (Excel, Relational Database Tables, SQL, ETL or other types of tools/languages)
• Good understanding of ICM concepts
• Hands on experience with using SQL
• Programming experience using Python will be a plus
• Willing to take on ambiguous & complex challenges and solve them
• Loves and is good at multitasking and juggling multiple work streams
• Effective and confident in communication - ability to interface with senior employees at our Customers
• Highly detail oriented - takes great notes, can document complex solutions in detail
• Some understanding of accounting, finance, and/or sales comp concepts

Role & Responsibility:

• The PPC / Paid Search Analyst is responsible for administering and managing Pay-per-click media strategies for clients. She/he should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
• Perform daily account management on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing, and other search platforms.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, Account daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality score, and other important account metrics.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
• Can devise strategies to increase ROI – Is good at increasing CTR and reducing the cost per clicks.Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
• Able to understand the business website thoroughly so as to implement a strategic plan for Google AdWords
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Writing, editing and proofreading content.

• Automate infrastructure creation with Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation

• 4+ years of version control systems (git), including branching and merging strategies.
• 2+ Experience in working with AWS Infrastructure, and platform services.
• 2+ Experience in cloud automation tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Exposure to working on container services like Kubernetes on AWS, ECS, and EKS
• You are extremely proactive at identifying ways to improve things and to make them more reliable.

You will be preferred if
