What will you be doing:

  • Actively participate & contribute in Customer Workshops & Meetings led by Performio Lead Consultants
  • Work in concert with Lead Consultants to define and document detailed requirements from customers around their sales comp plans,    data,and processes
  • Deliver thorough, well-documented, detailed solutions workbooks (detailed models of a customer’s incentive compensation plans)
  • Implement system designs in our SaaS ICM Software product: Setup data intake from the Customer, data integration / enrichment / transformation, buildout the compensation plans in the software tool, configure reporting & analytics according to customer requirements gleaned in the discovery process
