We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to guide teachers worldwide to use Quizizz to make their classrooms more engaging and interactive. Your responsibilities include resolving user queries, drawing meaningful insights, creating workflows, and maintaining product stability by proactively identifying usability issues.

Requirements:

1. Help Quizizz users utilize our product and achieve their goals.
2. Interact and resolve user issues via different channels of communication.
3. Engage with the product team to proactively identify the usability issues.
4. Consolidate user queries and educate product teams about what users want. Be the voice of the user!
5. Be the first line of defense, identify bugs and escalate to the concerned team.
6. Equip yourself with the knowledge and tools to troubleshoot issues on every kind of device, operating system, and browser. With millions of users in multiple countries around the world, you will encounter every combination imaginable.
7. Go the extra mile to help individual users with their issues. Providing an excellent user experience is the best way to get loyal users and referrals.
8. The candidate should be comfortable with the US timings(5 PM to 1 AM).

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent written communication skills and impeccable grammar.
3. Experience with tools like Zendesk, BrowserStack, etc.
4. An eye for details and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with managing and moderating user forums is a plus.
6. Experience with Automation tools is a plus.

What will you be doing?

You will focus on creating an engaging product experience for students on Quizizz. Some key aspects of the role include:

1. Building live engagement features that keep students hooked to their teachers.
2. Leverage tools like gamification and multiplayer game dynamics to maximize student engagement.
3. Build feedback loops between teachers, students and their parents.
4. Foster peer to peer learning to boost student motivation.

What are we looking for?

As a product leader at Quizizz, you will be expected to drive all major initiatives focused on student engagement. We believe that the following skills would make you a great fit for this role:

1. Experience: If you have the skills and ability, then experience is no bar. But you would likely need 3-4 years of product management experience to be a strong candidate.
2. Research and project planning: You will be driving strategy for this critical piece of our product. Your research will leverage user surveys, analytics data, market research, academic papers and more. You will need to assimilate all this information and come up with an action plan that will achieve the company's objectives.
3. Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the product, significantly. The team is responsible for supporting all decisions being taken by other teams, to improve growth, engagement and revenue of the platform. Furthermore, the team sets up and maintains internal tools, apps, dashboards, processes and functions as arbiters of information within the organization.

The variety of tasks is immense and will give you the chance to play to your strengths. Tasks could include; improving search and recommendations, data mining, identifying potential customers, ad-hoc analyses, creating APIs for internal consumption et cetera.

Some of the challenges you will face include:

• Working cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales and marketing teams to aid in decision making.
• Analyze and conclude experiments of new product features.
• Creating, maintaining, and modifying internal dashboards, apps and reports being used, as part of the larger analytics function at Quizizz.
• Deep diving into data to extract insights that could help explain a certain phenomenon.
• Organizing the analytics warehouse, as and when new data is added.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of industry experience, providing solutions to business problems in a cross-functional team.
• Versatility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An SQL expert, and strong programming skills. (Python preferred)
• Mathematical thinking.
• Attention to Detail.

Good to have:

• Experience with Jupyter (/iPython) notebooks.
• Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Qlikview, Power BI, RShiny.
• Ability to create simple data apps/APIs. (we use flask or node.js)
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Data analytical and data engineering experience.

About the role

Quizizz and its app are used by millions of students and teachers around the world. As a mobile developer at Quizizz, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our iOS and Android apps. Apart from implementing and enhancing the functionality of the app, you will work with counterparts from design, sales, support and other engineering teams to drive the roadmap for the mobile experience of Quizizz. You will be expected to keep up to date with the latest developments in the mobile app world, and share your expertise so that the team can deliver the best experience to our users.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• You will be involved at all stages of the product development process, from design to development and deployment.
• You will be an advocate for good UI and UX at Quizizz, informing our designers about the latest technologies and components that can be leveraged (or even creating them yourself).
• You will be a mentor to junior developers in the organization, and take the lead on critical decisions relating to our frontend platform.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a React-Native Developer.
• A solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with using Xcode and Android Studio.
• Experience with writing code that is compatible with different screen sizes.
• Familiarity with principles of redux and storing state.
• Familiarity with implementing third-party APIs and libraries.
• Experience with releasing apps on Play Store and App Store.
• Experience in building native iOS or Android apps is a plus.
