About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid backend development experience, with additional working knowledge of PHP and Python. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Entry / booking of new / renewal business.

• Tracking the proposal end to end from booking, issuance, endorsement, and brokerage recovery.

• Recon of broking account statements and raising of invoices with insurance companies and timely collection of commission

• Follow-up with insurance companies for brokerage recovery

• Rapport building with insurance companies.

Requirements:

• Conversant to SAIBA software or any other insurance broking software

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the success of our customers by providing them with the resources and support they need to get the most out of our product. What will you do?

• Responsible for driving revenue of existing accounts by ensuring renewals and upselling existing accounts
