Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Description of the Role
- Design and implement revenue-generating initiatives, including campaigns, promos and workflows.
- Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
- Create personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Work with channel managers to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, Ads, etc.)
