their business needs, and providing personalized service. 

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME sector to grow

the insurance company's client base and revenue. 

Ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to SME clients, addressing their

queries and concerns promptly.

Selling insurance products and services to SMEs, as well as cross-selling other

relevant financial products offered by the company 

Working with internal teams and customer service, to facilitate seamless service

Skills and Qualifications:

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and identifying new business

opportunities. 

 Understanding of various insurance products and policies relevant to SMEs. 

 Providing customer service and building long-term relationships. 

 Well Experienced & Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of SME

businesses. 

 Bachelor’s Degree.

8-16 years of overall database administration and support/operations experience, with a successful delivery track record.
# Proficient knowledge in  MySQL, HANA administration.
#Should have knowledge in setting up DR and HA approaches
#Should have strong Knowledge in Backup & Recovery.
# Should have played a L2 role in current position
# Experience of working in large landscape/environment where multiple database flavors are running.
# Knowledge on Database capacity planning/strategy is an added advantage
# Knowledge & Experience on other database as HANA flavors are added advantage
# Hands on experience with expert knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors w.r.t Database.
# Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM.
# Should be capable of Owning, Leading and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.
# Excellent presentation & communication skills are a must.

• Lead technical requirement sessions with clients and internal stake holders
• Create new courses related to Data architecture, database design, data mining, data visualization, Power BI for the learners of EduBridge
• Deliver training to the aspiring trainers
• Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials on
• Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
• Should be comfortable working individually as a self-starter.
• Be forward-thinking when designing content and adhere to adult learning principles
• Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs
• Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video
• Create knowledge and skills assessments
• Evaluate learning effectiveness
• Apply current research and theory to learning design challenges
• Write/Review storyboards to make the technical content interesting
