Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Experience in model deployment using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of model fine-tuning and performance optimization
Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling
Good client communication and documentation skills

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines)
Experience working on live or client-based AI projects

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics Development
• Design, develop, and maintain complex reporting solutions serving mission-critical emergency
response operations
• Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations that transform large datasets into
actionable insights
• Develop advanced analytics features including trend analysis, predictive metrics, and
operational intelligence

SQL & Database Architecture
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries involving multiple joins, subqueries, CTEs, window

Performance Optimization

• Design and implement data aggregation strategies, materialized views, and summary tables for
improved performance
• Monitor and optimize database performance metrics including query response times, resource
utilization, and concurrency
• Develop ETL processes and data pipelines optimized for reporting and analytics workloads
• Implement caching strategies and data archival policies to maintain optimal system
performance
Technical Collaboration
• Partner with Product and stakeholder teams to translate business reporting requirements into
technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews focused on SQL quality, performance, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on reporting architecture and database
optimization
• Document database schemas, reporting architectures, and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with DevOps on database infrastructure, monitoring, and scaling initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant focus on reporting, analytics, or
business intelligence
• 5+ years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL in production environments
• 3+ years working with large-scale databases (millions+ records) and optimizing query
performance
• Proven track record developing enterprise reporting solutions and analytics platforms
• Experience conducting database architecture reviews and implementing performance
improvements
Technical Expertise - SQL & Databases
• Expert-level SQL proficiency including complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and
advanced aggregations
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise with production experience in query optimization and performance
tuning
• Strong understanding of database internals including execution plans, indexing strategies, and
query optimization
• Experience with AWS Aurora or other cloud-based PostgreSQL solutions

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of Omni-Channel and Live Agent functionalities.
This role requires proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, SOQL, and SOSL, with the ability to design and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive customer success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering high-quality, functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Lead the migration from Legacy Chat to Enhanced Chat, ensuring a seamless transition for users and customers within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Design and implement Omni-Channel and Omni-Flow configurations to optimize customer service workflows and routing.
- Perform deployment, testing, and documentation of Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define, clarify, and implement both functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing backlog items.
- Train and support end-users on implemented Salesforce features and planned solutions to ensure adoption and efficiency.
- Investigate, scope, and plan the implementation of assigned epics and backlog items, leveraging deep Salesforce platform expertise to model, document, and justify scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Lead the migration from Legacy Chat to Enhanced Chat within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and user-friendly transition for both customers and internal teams.
