Performance Testing

With C#/Java, and basic coding knowledge.     

At Regions, the Performance Engineer conducts a

wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements as well monitor the performance of the production systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other engineers to develop

testing and monitoring approaches

• Focuses on assurance in the areas of error

rates, response times, and impact to infrastructure

• Designs, scripts, configures, and run

performance tests to validate production readiness of software applications and

infrastructure for stability and performance

• Supports testing needs of new projects,

infrastructure upgrades, and application enhancements by validating application

functionality against documented test cases

• Uses dashboards that enable efficient

monitoring of applications and systems running in production environments to

troubleshoot issues and report finding.

Key Responsibilities • Inbound conversion: respond quickly to leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, social and other channels. • Outbound sales: follow up with new, warm, old and dormant leads to convert them into paid bookings. • Service selling: explain grooming, grooming subscription, training, boarding, sitting and other PawSpace services. • Revenue ownership: work towards daily and monthly revenue targets with consistent calling and closure discipline. • Subscription pitching: promote grooming subscription and repeat service packages to increase customer lifetime value. • Objection handling: handle concerns around price, quality, availability, trainer/groomer experience and service process. • Booking closure: coordinate payment collection, booking confirmation and handoff to operations. • CRM/reporting: update lead status, call notes, follow-up dates, revenue and daily sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

*BlueTooth feature development in Android framework using Java, C++, and C languages.
