Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' travel requirements, offering personalized recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Travel Planning: Understand customers' travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements to create tailored travel itineraries that align with their needs. Offer expertise on popular destinations, attractions, transportation options, and accommodations to enhance the travel experience.

3. Sales and Booking: Handle the customers over chat and phone, email etc. and Convert customers' inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively promoting travel products and services, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Utilize the booking system to make reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other travel-related services.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, industry news, and product offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Actively participate in training programs and familiarize yourself with the OTA's supplier network to offer a wide range of travel options.

5. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customers' travel experiences by recommending additional services, upgrades, or add-ons such as travel insurance, airport transfers, sightseeing tours etc.

6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

7. Documentation and Administration: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer information, bookings, and financial transactions in the OTA's systems. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain professionalism and data integrity.

8. Sales Targets and Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the OTA management. Regularly update your supervisor on sales progress, challenges faced, and strategies implemented to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

·       Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a travel consultant or sales representative.

·       Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

·       Proficiency in using computer reservation systems, booking platforms, and office software.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

·       The customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

·       Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

React JS Developer 

• 2-4 years of experience as a React JS developer.

• Exposure to web services & web technologies (Javascript, Jquery, CSS, HTML).
• Knowledge of other high-level languages (PERL, Python) will be an added advantage

• Customer Experience: Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalations and deliver on the expected NPS for the category. 
• Category marketing: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars  Have joint marketing plans signed off with partner brands, execute the plan in coordination with the internal team
• Operational efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams like CS, Finance, Sales to ensure a smooth functioning system and to be able to deliver on the required set of parameters measured across each function

1. 5-10 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories like gift cards, perks, deals, experiences, loans, insurance, merchandise etc. 
2. Hands-on in Sales, Operations, Catalog and Category Management.
3. Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving, multi-tasker, critical thinker, and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
4. Good communication and team management skills. 
5. Engineering + MBA from reputed colleges would be preferred.

Overview:

This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual who will lead initiatives as they relate to Netsuite ERP and other financial systems (if any). Collaborating internally with members of the financial/business functions, external consultants and others teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action i.e. perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day NetSuite operation, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the platform, including scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Write complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
• Develop Reports and Dashboards on Netsuite.
• Develop import templates and perform manual imports when an integrated solution is not an option.
• Convert functional / business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Work with third party developers to create or enhance existing custom solutions.
• Act as a liaison to NetSuite Support and Advanced Customer Support regarding platform issues.
• Support system enhancement projects, new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality.
• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and post-implementation support.
• Train end-users as applicable.

• Maintain proper system access for all roles.
• Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials.
• Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or related field. Relevant work experience considered.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or 2+ years of NetSuite Administration with 4+ years working in Finance/accounting systems administration experience is required.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with a preference towards Accounting and Supply Chain.
• Proficient with advanced saved searches, reporting, custom forms, custom fields, and workflows.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with all levels of the business.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Java/C++ with 8+ years of experience developing production-level software
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models, and their use in developing distributed and scalable systems
• 5+ years experience in developing complex and scalable distributed systems and delivering, deploying, and managing microservices successfully
• Hands-on experience  in query processing or optimization, distributed systems, concurrency control, data replication, code generation, networking, and storage systems
• Passion for quality, zero downtime upgrades, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
• Ability to solve ambiguous, unexplored, and cross-team problems effectively
• Hands on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform 
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes for orchestration and container management in private and public clouds (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) 
• Understanding of distributed file systems such as  S3, ADLS, or HDFS
• Excellent communication skills and affinity for collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively with other team members
• Ability to scope and plan solution for  big problems and mentors others on the same
