Understand the products offered by the company2. Pitch company products to customers3. Respond to customer queries related to products4. Solve customer's doubt about products offered by the company5. Assist the team to better understand customer needs and serve them likewise6. Help regional and zonal managers to identify new opportunities related to products and services offered by the company
