Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our business analysis and project delivery functions. The role involves assisting in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, preparing documentation, and supporting the team in implementing business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements gathering through meetings and stakeholder interviews.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, QA, Operations).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and logging defects.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodology.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools (e.g., Canva, MS Office).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior analysts and stakeholders.

Preferred

• Internship or project experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.

Job Description:

1. Work with customers via phone, mail, and in-person meetings.
2. Handle client enquiries and concerns, and assess priority issues.
3. Develop an in-depth understanding of the software and its features and recommend steps to optimize it
4. Incorporating user input to suggest new modules and features to serve the client better
5. Help the organisation find alternative usages and applications of the existing software and newer versions with major tweaks and find alternative market segments outside the current market
6. A responsible job requires the person to take the initiative and understand the software explain it to users and also train them
7. Involving backend staff from our team to complete the school/client data upload in strict timelines
