Key responsibilities include:

● Call and follow up with potential learners who have attended our workshops.

● Address queries related to the program, curriculum, benefits, and career outcomes.

● Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update interactions in the CRM.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer outreach.

● Provide regular feedback on customer responses and objections to improve sales strategies.

A Sales Manager is responsible for handling and converting leads provided by the company by contacting customers and scheduling site visits. The role involves coordinating with potential clients, ensuring they visit the site, presenting the property effectively, and ultimately closing the deal through strong communication and negotiation skills.

Build, maintain, and optimize backend services, APIs, and applications using Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.

The role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team of KAFQA. The responsibilities of the role are per the below:

• Product Development: Partner with the founder & product team to create a product roadmap. Play a key role in influencing customer journey, experience & specs (requirements) with UX designer. Develop front end & back end systems and product. 
• Project Management: Ensure product development roadmap timelines are achieved in a timely way with the right quality with progress being reported daily. 
• Technology Excellence: Ensure that products have best in class performance on technology driven aspects (load times, latencies, uptimes, etc.). 
• Hiring & Developing: Hire junior engineers, divide project workloads & mentor them to continuously improve.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish intake mechanism to convert user feedback into actionable upgrades in product design, track feature improvements & their progress and create rapid improvement cycles. 

The role is based in Bangalore, India and reports directly to the Founder, CEO of KAFQA.

Experience, Qualifications & Person Type

The ideal candidate is someone who – 

• Has 4+ years of experience in a digital product company
• Should have managed teams before & can attract talent
• Has experience in front end & back end technologies across web & app development
• Has studied computer science or engineering with at least a B.Tech or B.E degree
• Preferably is skilled in at least one performing art or is a hobbyist
• Is willing to fulfil all responsibilities above & go beyond as needed
• Moves fast to launch & fix issues 
• Is a self-starter, operates with autonomy & can deal with ambiguity while being innovative & frugal

• Bachelors in Electronics & Communication or equivalent
• 6-10 yrs experience in embedded software development
• Hands-on embedded C skills (mandatory)
• Experience with any microcontrollers MCU (mandatory) – Renesas/ Infineon/ Cypress/ ST-Micro /TI / Microchip
• Experience with any of peripherals & communication protocols usage in application development (mandatory) – UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, CAN, USB, ADC, DAC, EEPROM, Flash memory
• Experience with any RTOS – FreeRTOS, Azure RTOS, ThreadX
• Experience with any networking &  connectivity modules (preferred & added advantage) – Ethernet, WiFi, BLE, MQTT, COAP
• Exposure to any IoT frameworks (desirable not mandatory) – IoTivity, AWS IoT, Azure IoT
• Experience with any device driver development, driver optimisation (desirable not mandatory)
• Good ability to read data sheets & technical manuals

• Develop new mobile applications for enterprise as well as for end consumers
• Translate User Stories into UI Design and Wireframe for Mobile Apps (Android and IOS)
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Architect and develop mobile applications from the scratch
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable codebase
• Work with the Tech Lead and engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in building Android apps and has published one or more Android apps in the Google Play Store Fluent in Flutter, Kotlin, and Android Studio
• Competent in producing scalable and high-quality code through automated functional and unit tests for Android applications
• Deep understanding of standard Android design patterns and RESTful API design
• Deep understanding of Google's design principles and interface guidelines
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery systems (i.e. Jenkins) and setups Experience in Git
• Familiar with Agile practices such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience in Developing Offline First Mobile App
