Loction: Remote (Expenses paid quarterly travel to Head Office)

About this job 

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Angular and frontend application development. You will work with a team of problem solvers working collaboratively to build custom solutions. What will you do 

- Work with the team to break user stories into tasks and delegate them to the team members. 

- Write code that meets standard and delivery guidelines. 

- Mentor other engineers on the team to develop high-quality software (including the use of static analysis tools, Testing frameworks, and code reviews) 

- Analyze solutions and help implement engineering best practices. 

- Work with Project Managers for timely delivery and forecast. 

- Lead and mentor junior engineers on technical issues. Perform blameless RCAs when issues occur and take ownership to resolve issues. 

- Work closely with backend engineers, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless delivery.

What you should have 

- Strong experience with front-end technologies including Angular, Javascript and gRPC, RESTful APIs, etc 

- Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean code 

- Proven ability to work with multiple teams, multitask and prioritize. 

- Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile working methodology

Currently we are looking for a SeniorUI Developer

What you ll do:

1. Develop complete UI and integrate the same with backend APIs
2. Work as full stack developer with prime focus on UI
3. Work end to end from design and development
4. Code & design review
5. Troubleshoot critical issues and guide team as well

What well need:

Mandatory skills

1. 3 - 4years of hands-on experience in Angular technologies
2. Overall 6 to 9yrs of overall UI experience
3. Hands on experience in implementing micro front end architecture
4. Strong knowledge in building highly responsive web & mobile applications
5. Strong Data structures & algorithm skill
6. Strong communication

Technical Skills

1. Front end technologies – Angular, Java Script, jQuery
2. Backend technologies – Java, REST
3. Mark-up Languages – HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap
4. Database – SQL & NoSQL
5. Modelling – UML & ERD

Bonus point if: Candidate from product company would be preferred

Requirements : 

a) CSS / Bootstrap : Flex Layout/ability to demonstrate the cascading nature of CSS clearly with example/Positioning.

b) Pure JavaScript: Prototype chain and inner workings of inheritance in JS. Understood DOM, Events, Event Bubbling, and Capturing/ ability to demonstrate it with example/ Promises and their use cases.

c) TypeScript: Basic understanding of using TS. Union Types, Index Signatures,

d) REST: Backend experience. REST principles, URL structures for APIs. integration using native JS (fetch and Promises) and in Angular. use cases of getting vs POST vs PUT vs PATCH.

e) Angular :  Abstractions of Angular Component, Service, Pipe, Directive, Module, Lifecycles. Knew advanced patterns as well Dynamic Components, Content Projection, Reactive Forms, ViewChild, ContentChild. Understood Observables and various operators demonstration of Design Skills ability to create the component and module hierarchy for a moderately complex application, along with their interactions

Work Nature:

1. Understanding Business Requirements and converting those requirement in to Web Pages using HTML, CSS, JS and Photoshop/Illustrator.

2. Should have minimum 5 Web Page Designed/Shipped/Live

3. Can mentor/lead junior webpage designers regarding best practices
