External Skills And Expertise:
Relevel is looking for passionate sales trainers for the Inside Sales Team. This is a pivotal role and will have very high-level visibility. Those who are ready to take complete ownership in their work and want to take up challenges in a startup environment are more than welcome to apply for the selection process.
The role of a Training Manager is a fairly senior individual contributor role and will require you to work closely with sales leaders, the Quality team, and Business Development Executives and own the training delivery for one or more categories. You will be required to work at the ground level to conduct TNI, prepare content and deliver virtual and in-person front-line training programs, conduct PKT, improvise novel training methods, publish training calendars, and review decks. The reporting will be to the Training Head.
Experience:
Overall 7-8 years of experience (min.)
Min. 2.5 to 3 years of experience conducting training for the Inside Sales Team.
Skills Required:
Must be a go-getter with an inclination towards the larger business objectives.
Must be able to thrive in a startup environment and deliver world-class training in a fairly new training setup.
Should be a great team player and must be able to partner with people across levels and functions.

Associate Director (Sales) | Operations :

Here's what we're looking for :
- At least 7 years of post-qualification work experience in Operations/Program Management/Consulting
- Leadership or Team Management Experience of having led a team (for at least a year with the experience of managing managers.
- Exhibits high analytical skills with a stronghold in Excel
- Ability to function with minimal supervision and clarity of thought along with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and prior experience in the Education/Ed-Tech sector is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous and pressure environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results through cross-functional engagements.
Your typical day at Relevel will look like :
- Identifying key issues and bottlenecks in the process of delivering top-notch learning experience to the candidates
- Identify human resource requirements and opportunities for automation via technological/product interventions to improve efficiency of the team and the organization
- Cohort management; orientation program, cohort launches, communication, community engagement and student success
- Managing doubt-clearing sessions, ensuring students derive maximum output out of the live classes, quizzes and tests
- Build and scale a team of Freelance/Full-time subject matter experts who would be acting as Teaching Assistants to manage and deliver a personalized learning experience to registered students
- Design and provide technical feedback to all students; help poor performers improve their performance
- In this role, you would be expected to ensure maximum students succeed in achieving the objectives of the courses
- You would also be designing measures to boost the performance of poor performers by identifying areas of improvement
- Highlight improvements in existing processes and design new ones which will help Relevel to grow faster and in a sustainable way
- Since the processes are to be implemented across functions, it is important that the Associate Director can communicate, drive and motivate cross-functional teams to work together
