About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive from the Real Estate industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate/construction accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and financial transactions
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
• Maintain project-wise accounting records for real estate projects
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
• Maintain documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist in monthly MIS reports and closing activities

Key Requirements

• Experience as Account Executive in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry mandatory
• Knowledge of project accounting and vendor management
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

Experience

• 2–5 Years (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain digital payment processing solutions using .NET, Go (Golang), Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Azure, IVR, and cloud-based platforms.
• Build and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Lead integrations across payment gateways, SAP, Dynamics 365, Azure services, contact center platforms, and external enterprise systems.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance payment solutions compliant with PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, and related standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in integrations and data flows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, solution designs, and best practices.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and system integrations.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Payment Processing applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang and .NET backend development.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IVR systems, and high-volume transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Sales Bills and Purchase Bills should be supported with documents such as PO, SO, LR, E Way Bill , GST Certificate, Bill of Entry, etc.
• Expense Bills should be supported by invoices and proof of service/goods
• New customers KYC reports along with contract copy
• Daily Bank Reconciliation and Petty cash to be maintained in excel and supported with bills.
• Physical stock taking on quarterly basis matching with books of accounts
• Fixed Assets Invoice Copy
• Knowledge in Filling Foreign Transactions
• Security Deposit PAN and Address.
• Related Party SOA to be tailed every monthly
• Every Quarterly Reconciliation of all other Vendors SOA with our Books of Accounts and keep ready reconciliation

SR Accounts Receivable:

1 - Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

2 - Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data

3 - Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits

4 - Presenting Receivable MIS to the stakeholder’s

5 - Evaluating Receivable MIS & action course for recovery

6 - Clearing B2B Primary/Secondary/Tertiary claims on regular intervals

7 - Approving Invoices of all B2B Customers on regular basis
