🚨 We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Bangalore


Aspire Software Consultancy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Bangalore!

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

🗣️ Languages Preferred: English, Hindi & Kannada

👨 Gender Preference: Male


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

➡️ Prepare and manage monthly salary processing and payroll documentation.

➡️Handle HRMS tools and maintain accurate employee records.

➡️Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements.

➡️Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.

➡️Maintain employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.

➡️Support HR operations, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.

➡️Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

➡️Coordinate onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.


🔹 Required Skills:

➡️1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.

➡️Basic knowledge of payroll preparation, PF, ESIC, statutory laws, and compliance.

➡️Experience working with HRMS tools.

➡️Good communication and coordination skills.

➡️Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
