Sales Development Representative - US
As our SDR, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams by conducting in-depth account and persona research to fuel personalized email communication campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. You'll be a data detective, unearthing valuable insights about target audiences and crafting compelling messages that resonate. This role carries a target to generate meetings from the US region by doing an outbound approach.

using internal data, industry reports, and other resources.
- Develop detailed buyer personas
- Analyze competitive landscapes and highlight Needl.ai 's unique value proposition for target accounts.
* Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and relevant account information.
- Assist with crafting personalized email communication campaigns tailored to specific target accounts and personas.
- Assist with various marketing tasks, including social media management, website content creation, and event planning.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and email personalization.
We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who has worked with multiple technology stacks and has experience architecting and building scalable cloud solutions with web and mobile frontends.

What Makes You A Great Fit?

- Solid expertise and hands-on experience in Python with Flask or Django
- Expertise on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google App Engine)
- Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Mongo, ElasticSearch, Redis)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Chatbot, Machine Learning, Data Science/Big Data experience will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
