Job Description

• Lead the technical sales efforts for Praan's filterless purification systems, targeting industrial clients for the MK II platform, and commercial clients for the HIVE platform
• Identify potential customers, establish and nurture relationships, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our product portfolio
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to understand technical details, product capabilities, and competitive advantages, enabling you to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and tailor product solutions to meet their specific needs, providing technical recommendations and guidance throughout the sales process
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our products
• Actively track and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication to meet sales targets
• Provide feedback from the market to the product development teams, helping to shape future product enhancements and new offerings based on customer needs and market trends

Skill Requirements

• Past academic education in Engineering + MBA or equivallent 
• Proven track record working on engineering projects and have sold products like vibro sifters
• Past experience of 7 years to 10 years in the relevant industry
• Proven track record of successful technical sales, preferably in the B2B environment, with a focus on complex products or solutions
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly and yearly targets
• Strong leadership skills - will be managing a team of 4-5 Inside sales representatives
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Main Tasks

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

Qualification profile

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Good understanding of content management systems.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Experience with working on Vue.js and/or Node.js would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Figma would be a plus
• Hands-on Experience on Storybook would be a plus

Job Responsibility:

• Work in collaboration with the Design and Technology Team Team, break down epics into features and features into stories to build MVP solutions to enable benefits realization in the shortest possible time frame
• Utilize analysis expertise to consistently elaborate requirements into detailed solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with Technical Leads and Squads to review and estimate features and stories
• You will work alongside the Product Owner to ensure that features and stories are continuously prioritized on the backlog and aligned to business value streams
• Contribute towards sprint planning for the Squad, ensuring that prioritization and dependencies are considered when bringing new work in for development

• Understanding business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions
• to take lead a project from the very beginning till the project is delivered successfully
• Mapping business requirements to Functional solutions and Preparing BRD document
• Creating Functional specifications from which developers can create application solutions.
• Prepare a test Plan with scenarios and Test cases, detailing the test steps. Identify and gather data from various sources. Execute test cases and record result
• Take ownership of product delivery timelines and milestones typical tasks to involve analysis of business requirement requests, liaising with the Development Team and Management to complete development, support of UAT
• Analyze business problems and provide solutions.
• Participate with peers and represent the business on project teams
• Should be able to communicate the business idea and thought process clearly

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor in Engineering, Information Technology, or business
• Requires two to four years of experience documenting processes, process design, process management, procedures, flowcharts
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• BPMN methodology is a big plus
• Visio, Bizagi or equivalent tool experience
• Strong consultative experience.
• Plus certification in improvement process (Six Sigma or equivalent)
• Background in technical field is a big plus
