What you will do?

1. Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals

2. Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts

3. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle

4. Making sure that the hotel ownership is profitable and finding new ways to add value to each hotel you're responsible for

5. Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

7. Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.

Job Description

      The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Core Java (at least Java 8), Spring framework, JDBC, threading, database management, and cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support and expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation in Oracle EBS Finance modules.

2.     Provide expertise in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules.

3.     Identify and troubleshoot issues in Oracle EBS Finance modules, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize business disruptions.

4.     Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, test cases, and training materials.

5.     Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of Oracle EBS Finance modules.

Requirements:
