Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Frontend engineer with ReactJS development experience to join our team.

We will share our workload as a team and we expect you to work on a broad range of tasks.

Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:

Implement responsive and performant UIs with user centered approach with frontend technologies including ReactJS, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc

Write meaningful test cases for frontend &amp

Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

At least 3 yrs of diverse experience in web development for product or services oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments

Expertise in programming using Python/ReactJS or similar scripting languages

In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs

Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

AWS

Azure

ELK

Object Relational Models (SQLAlchemy, etc)

Google APIs

Microservices Architecture Pattern

NodeJS / ExpressJS

Must Have: ReactJS, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Databases (SQL & NoSQL)

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

• Should have experience in Supply chain/Data analytics/IOT domains.

• Must have experience as a consultant in one or more of the following domains: manufacturing, light engineering industry, heavy engineering, automotive, chemical, food & beverages, consumer goods, agriculture.

• Good experience in implementing IoT use cases across Edge and Cloud by leveraging standard out of the box platforms or creating bespoke solutions.

• Candidate should be fluent in agile delivery model with experience in working with any of the agile product management tool, preferably JIRA.

• Ability to create an understanding of customer business and customer value chain to identify the AS-IS process and digital gaps and create a TO-BE process.

• Must have experience in creating digital products / software / digital platforms.

• Must have experience in conducting customer workshops and ability to engage with them to elicit their business requirements and product requirements.

• Must have experience as a product owner especially in – creating and championing customer and product vision, identifying and documenting customer needs, managing the product backlog, prioritizing the requirements, planning and creating roadmaps for MVP.

• Should have experience of creating responses to customer RFP and RFI proposals.

• Must have ability to make and effectively communicate decisions. The candidate should know how to disagree, how to address opposition/rejection, how to navigate the conflicts in multi stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring short term and long-term success of the account

• Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings

• Interacting with other Center of Competence (CoE) architects and teams, and providing solutions from a software perspective

• Analyzing applications, both pre-production and post-production

• Participating in process studies or pre-sales process of responding to RFI, RFPs and proposals

• Leading business and technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet current and projected business needs

• Quickly understanding the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry

• Providing expertise on the systems capabilities/limitations as it relates to business goals

• Preparing impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects

• Driving the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion

• Providing analysis and support for the project management, application development, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Good understanding of clients’ accounts, client database and business projects

• Conceptualizing and executing workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to identify new solution areas and use cases

• Effectively managing program(s) through development of robust schedules, change control, and risk mitigation

• Owning the health of the account on all key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, resources, finance, and customer satisfaction)

• Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker

• Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case

• Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or an MBA
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent documentation skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS like Sass or LESS
• Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with popular ReactJS state management such as Redux or Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs consumption
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket
• Must be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Self-starter with the ability to cope with sharp learning curves.

• Setting up reporting systems for all products to ensure best of transparency, focus on performance and value creation
• Managing impact management processes across the organization with a clear timelines and schedule as well as active communication to internal and external stakeholders in an organized and dependable manner
• Ensuring coordination between staff and stakeholders including dialogues, meetings, presentations as may be required to ensure successful, meaningful and impactful project delivery
• Ensuring the Project operations team has an effective Impact management framework for creating and maintaining relationships with the community
• Jointly focussing on growing the outreach and impact of our work in social edtech
• Creating deep impact reports for every project using Excel, Word and PPT based on specific project deliverables, direct and indirect impact as required for each of the projects and creating collaterals, creatives, mailers and videos of progress, updates, storytelling on Impact to engage our stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of different approaches to program evaluation and assessment
• Excellent writing skills and command over the English language
• Strong analytical skills, ability to think laterally and detail oriented and with a high level of curiosity and interesting researching projects
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities to create informative and good reports and data sheets using Word, PPTs etc. along with Advanced Excel and data management skills
• Proven track record of displaying a high degree of self-initiative
• Ability to create videos and collaterals using images and short video clips    

• Connect closely with our team for creation of effective solutions to The Why, What and How Digital Marketing and implementation of the same to create enthusiastic and efficient marketing campaigns for existing and new clients
• A combination of reaching out to prospective clients, who need Digital Media Marketing as well as servicing the existing clients with zeal and energy for extension of period of service.
• Formulating attractive and trendy Social Media Campaigns for the clients and do research on current trends of Social Media for an effective actualization of the formulated plans for extensive reach.
• Analysing and monitoring the effectivity of the social media campaigns and finding newer methods of presenting the same to the clients for their understanding.
• Doing extensive market research and finding the problematic areas and solution to the offerings of the company. Helping in creation of meaningful content for promotion of different offers and other creative of the clients on social media handles.
• Developing an exhaustive content calendar on a weekly/monthly basis for our clients as well as other vital in-house projects .
• Providing unconditional support to our digital marketing team and helping them out in their day to day activities.
