Job is to consistently improve lead generation process and results. Use testing to determine the high performing ads, keywords, email marketing/funnel to convert at the highest number of leads with the lowest possible costs. Ads are in currently in English speaking countries. Current click-through rates are in the 6% range and conversion is 15% for a free information product. However, the main product has not been released yet. Many have said conversions and CTR cannot be improved any further. The ads and marketing automation were done by the owner have not been optimized or tested in any way. We feel CTR in the 8% to 10% and conversions in the 20%-25% range are achievable with testing and the right person. Job will be temporary employment with full time offer if work results meet expectations. Please do not apply if you do not have proof of results in this area.
