The Telesales & Service Associate of NAVEEN COMPANIES sells IT Services & Products (Website, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Mobile App) over phone to clients who are looking for IT Services and Products. The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & features and deliver value to the customers. 

·       Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

·       Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

·       Selling IT Services & Products over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters

·       Explaining the Services & products features in detail and how to use the packages.

Position Overview: 

As our Senior Engineer (Back End), you'll be responsible for building new features, enhancing the existing ones as well as supporting them in production. You will also be responsible for building reusable libraries or technology platforms that address multiple use cases. You will work towards delivering specific milestones and objectives in a very dynamic environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Working closely with the Engineers to develop the best technical design, strategy and drive execution to build capabilities into the platform 

● Owning the delivery of various timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliveries are of the highest quality 

● Establishing various best practices for software development and encouraging their adoption with the team and organization 

● Collaborate with other non-technical stakeholders of the business which includes Product Managers, Designers, Marketing etc.

● Encouraging and mentoring an excellent team of talented engineers by mentoring them and working with them to remove any roadblocks 

● Functional availability of the software developed, enhancing the product based on functional requirements 

● Managing cloud-based services, web applications for their functional correctness, availability, security 

● Deploy and maintain enterprise class RESTful, GRPC based services 

● Own the engineering excellence and operational readiness of the service driving the SLO,SLI, SLA of the relevant services 

● Take ownership to drive quality of the services under your purview via integration test and unit test coverage 

● Responsible for all microservices within your purview responsible driving their quality, security,availability, scalability and other “ilities” 

● Dive deep into each issue, own reactive fixes, and execute long term fixes 

● Assist other Support Engineers on complex RCA issues 

● Provide technical mentoring and guidance to other engineers 

● Provide L3 engineering support

Must Have Skills:

• Overall experience 7+ years and relevant at least 3+ years in Golang with Java
• Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and highly-available products 
• Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities which include Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support etc.
• Proficiency in at least one server side framework for Go Lang
• Experience working on NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis etc 
• Deep Dive, problem-solving, RCA and systematic thinking to reach the cause of issues 
• Able to work independently and multi-task effectively 
• Program at a system level and able to manage service stability 
• Excellent experience maintaining, scalable, extensible code
• Methodical in maintaining up to date documentation 
• Metric-driven mindset and obsessive about ensuring clean coding practices 
• Preferred experience in product development 
• Preferred working experience on microservices platforms 
• Proficiency in at least one modern web front-end development framework such as React JS will be a bonus

Good to Have Skills:

• Preferred experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK Stack) 
• Preferred experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ 

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end performance testing independently using agile methodologies
• Prepare performance test plans, load simulators and test harnesses to thoroughly test the products against the approved specifications
• Translate deep insight of architecture, product & usage into an enhanced automated performance measurement & evaluation framework to support continuous performance management.
• Evaluate & apply the latest tools, techniques and research insights to drive improvements into a world-class data analytics engine
• Collaborate with other engineering and customer success functions to simulate customer data and usage patterns, workloads to execute performance runs, identify and  fix customer issues and make sure that customers get highly performant, optimized and scalable Dremio experience 
• Analyze performance bottlenecks, root cause issues, file defects, follow up with developers, documentation and other teams on the resolution.
• Publish performance benchmark report based on test runs in accordance with industry standards
• Regularly communicate leadership team with an assessment of the performance, scalability, reliability, and robustness of products before they are exposed to customers
• Analyze and debug performance issues in customer environments.
• Understand and reason about concurrency and parallelization to deliver scalability and performance in a multithreaded and distributed environment.
• Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain exceptional quality and deepen your understanding of the system architecture and implementation

Basic Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field 
• 8+ years of performance automation engineering experience on large scale distributed systems
• Proficiency in any of Java/C++/Python/Go and automation frameworks
• Hands on experience in integration performance automation using CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience in planning and executing performance engineering tasks to completion and taking ownership of performance epics during a set of sprints.
• Experience in designing, implementing, executing and analyzing automated performance tests for complex, production system software.
• Experience in analyzing performance bottlenecks in system, performing root cause analysis, and following issue resolution workflow to tune the system to provide optimized performance
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from the collected performance data, articulate performance findings effectively with senior team members to evaluate design choices.
• Experience with database systems internals, query optimization, understanding and tuning query access plans, and query execution instrumentation.
• Hands on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform 
• Understanding of distributed file systems like S3 or ADLS or HDFS and HIVE
• Ability to create reusable components to automate repeatable, manual activities
• Ability to write technical reports and summary and present to leadership team
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
• Excellent communication skills and affinity for collaboration and teamwork
• Passion and ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment.

Preferred Qualification 

• Hands on experience of multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models
