Job Title: Performance Tester (JMeter Specialist)

We are looking for a Performance Tester with strong JMeter expertise to design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests for web, API, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter.

Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing.

Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning solutions.

Collaborate with Dev/QA/Infra teams for performance improvements.

Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience with JMeter performance testing.

Strong knowledge of web, APIs, databases, and system monitoring.

Your Role

At the level of lead engineer, you are seen as a natural leader by your peers. You have a deep experience in designing and building secure, scalable, applications for the web using .Net, AWS and SQL - a background working in financial services at enterprise scale is preferred. In this role you will be responsible for designing our global Digital Wealth platform product features , this includes core application functionality, API work as well as integrations with key partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

•               Gather and analyze information on existing business processes in order to make recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes.

•               Analyze and document requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes. May involve investigation of third party vendors or systems.

•               Clearly document solutions and recommendations to business problems.

•               Review requirements and designs with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off of proposals.

•               Create cost and time estimates along with project plans to enable prioritization and execution of work.
