Channel Sales :
Experience: Miniumum 3 yrs in Channel Sales
Objective:
- The Channel Account Manager will be part of the sales team and will work closely with Partners, OEM Sales Team and Business Team at Head office to develop the business.
- He or she has to be committed and proactive to work with our sales teams and manage big as well as Run Rate SMB deals.
- The role will focus on delivering measurable results including increased revenue, market share.
- Ensure channels comply to Partner Program accreditation levels.
- Balance short term initiatives with longer term development.
- Enable sales and pre-sales people to be successful
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partners and selected end users in the region
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with these partners.
- Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners.
- Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.
- Act as key channel strategist to regional sales managers within region.
- Partner with Savex and Fortinet / Trellix / Alteryx marketing teams to drive revenue growth within region.
- Provide geographic channel coverage for the region
- Carry quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Presales:
Experience: 2 Yrs in Presales / Implementation
We are looking for a technically strong Pre-Sales Specialist – Networking and Cybersecurity tools Portfolio to enable channel sales teams and partners with technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise for the Networking and Cybersecurity Products portfolio to partners and customers.
- Support channel sales with demos, POCs, and solution architecture design.
- Enable partners through technical workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs.
- Assist in developing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
- Work closely with OEM technical teams to keep up to date with product features and roadmaps.
- Support partners in articulating technical value propositions to customers.
- Represent Trellix in partner forums, events, and regional engagements to strengthen brand visibility.
Responsibilities :
- Determine the scope based on requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts, including stating the scope of work, calculating the resources, required in delivering the services and advising the senior system engineer preparing the quotation
- Install and configure services as per the approved implementation plan
- Carry out technology, professional and maintenance support services as per scope within the stipulated duration/ timeline.
- Provide level 1/2 support (basic hardware break-fix & troubleshooting of hardware and software issues) for installed services
- Provide technical deliverables such as high-level design documents, user acceptance test (UAT) doc and as-built documentation
- Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Undergo technical training and obtain technical certifications that are required to meet suppliers' mandatory technical requirements
- Conduct knowledge transfer training (where required)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Certified in at least one of the technology domain (Infrastructure hardware and software, network, security)
- Expertise on any two firewalls Specially - Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, WAF
- Strong technical knowledge on the assigned solution domain/product
- Expertise in enterprise security products implementation, migration and support.
- Implements security solutions infrastructure and/or application including the design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of security-related technologies such as Firewalls, WAF, LB , IDS/IP
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude; oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to technical details, priority management and planning skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Results-oriented
- Security Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE Security or CCSA/CCSE/CCCP/PCNSE/Fortinet NSE1/2/3/4 are desirable
