Summary of Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager, we expect you to bring a fresh pair of eyes for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working to deliver winning products. 

Must Have Background for this Role:

• Min 4-6 years of strong experience in product management role.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Thisrole is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient transportation for employees, which includes shuttle services, buses, cabs, CSR buses, Ad Hoc cabs, and special duties. The Site Lead plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing transportation services for employees, ensuring their safe and timely commutes to and from the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Transportation Management: • Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation logistics for the site • Ensure timely and efficient transportation arrangements for team members and resources Team Handling and Management: • Lead and manage the entire team, ensuring effective coordination and performance • Address team-related issues, provide guidance, and foster a positive working environment Site Operations Handling: • Take full responsibility for managing and overseeing all site operations • Ensure that all site activities are conducted smoothly and in accordance with company standards and regulations Communication Skills (Written and Verbal): • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders • Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication in both written correspondence and verbal interactions Email Correspondence: • Draft and send professional emails to clients and internal teams • Manage and respond to email communications promptly and accurately to ensure efficient information flow Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any stream however preferred transportation management, logistics, or a related field • Previous experience in transportation coordination or management is a plus • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools. Added advantage knowledge of ‘MoveInSync’ application • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with external vendors • Flexibility to adapt to changing transportation needs and schedule

Responsibilities

• Work on execution and scheduling of all tasks related to assigned projects' deliverable dates
• Optimize and debug existing codes to make them scalable and improve performance
• Design, development, and delivery of tested code and machine learning models into production environments
• Work effectively in teams, managing and leading teams
• Provide effective, constructive feedback to the delivery leader
• Manage client expectations and work with an agile mindset with machine learning and AI technology
• Design and prototype data-driven solutions

Eligibility

• Highly experienced in designing, building, and shipping scalable and production-quality machine learning algorithms in the field of Python applications
• Working knowledge and experience in NLP core components (NER, Entity Disambiguation, etc.)
• In-depth expertise in Data Munging and Storage (Experienced in SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Graph Databases)
• Expertise in writing scalable APIs for machine learning models
• Experience with maintaining code logs, task schedulers, and security
• Working knowledge of machine learning techniques, feed-forward, recurrent and convolutional neural networks, entropy models, supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience with at least one of the following: Keras, Tensorflow, Caffe, or PyTorch

• BE/MTech/MCA/MSc
• 3+yrs Hands on Experience in TSQL / PL SQL / PG SQL or NOSQL

1. Technical Skills Desired:
   1. Experience in MS SQL Server and one of these Relational DB’s, PostgreSQL / AWS Aurora DB / MySQL / Oracle / NOSQL DBs (MongoDB / DynamoDB / DocumentDB) in an application development environment and eagerness to switch
   2. Design database tables, views, indexes
   3. Write functions and procedures for Middle Tier Development Team
   4. Work with any front-end developers in completing the database modules end to end (hands-on experience in parsing of JSON & XML in Stored Procedures would be an added advantage).

Profile : Social Media Executive (Client Servicing)

Exp: 6 months-2 years

Role: To manage social media accounts of CarWale’s Dealer Partners generating content for social media engagement.

Key Outcomes Expected:

Should be good at understanding client requirements and deliver basis commitment

Ideating, Posting and Promoting content on Social Media platforms (majorly Facebook & Instagram)

Ideating with the team on how to further build the dealer social platforms

Researching on various creative and ad formats available on the social platforms

• Lead the engineering effort across projects 
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages including Application Architecture, Design and Development
• Understand client's business requirements and be able to map them to technology solutions and make them work
