Key Responsibilities

• API & Service Development:
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs for e-commerce, order management, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Database Management:
• Design efficient schemas and optimize performance across SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Integration Development:
• Implement and maintain integrations with ERP (SAP B1, ERPNext), CRM, logistics, and third-party systems.
• System Performance & Reliability:
• Write scalable, secure, and high-performance code to support real-time retail operations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ship new features end-to-end.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability improvements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in architecture discussions and propose improvements to scalability and code quality.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB/Redis (NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and code review workflows.
• Good understanding of API security, data protection, and authentication frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel retail platforms.
• Exposure to ERP / OMS / WMS integrations.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Serverless, or Kafka / RabbitMQ.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Analyst with a background in Business Analysis (nice to have) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce testing, coupled with an analytical mindset to support business requirements and ensure high-quality solutions. Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain is highly desirable, and familiarity with Majesco products or platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Design and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, covering both functional accuracy and integration performance.
• Integration Testing with 3rd Party Systems: Plan, design, and execute integration testing strategies for Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless interaction with external systems, including healthcare insurance platforms and other 3rd party tools.
• Data Validation and Integrity Testing: Conduct data validation and testing across various Salesforce modules, verifying data integrity, compliance, and correct data flow between integrated systems.
• Healthcare Insurance Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of Healthcare Insurance standards to identify business-critical integration scenarios, ensuring QA processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Requirement Gathering and QA Input: Participate in requirement gathering sessions, providing valuable QA and integration testing insights to help shape project deliverables and ensure testability of integrated workflows.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders, Defect Management etc are must.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance, including hands-on testing of Salesforce features and integrations.
• Exposure to Business Analysis methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the Healthcare Insurance domain is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Salesforce QA or Business Analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Overview:

As a Lead ETL Developer for a very large client of Paradigm, you are in charge of design and creation of data warehouse related functions such as, extraction, transformation and loading of data and expected to have specialized working knowledge in Cloud platforms especially Snowflake. In this role, you’ll be part of Paradigm’s Digital Solutions group, where we are looking for someone with the technical expertise to build and maintain sustainable ETL Solutions around data modeling and data profiling to support identified needs and expectations from the client.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning, architecture, estimation, develop, and testing of ETL solutions
• Knowledge and experience in most of the following architectural styles: Layered Architectures, Transactional applications, PaaS-based architectures, and SaaS-based applications; Experience developing ETL-based Cloud PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Create Data models that are aligned with clients requirements.
• Design, Develop and support ETL mapping, strong SQL skills with experience in developing ETL specifications
• Create ELT pipeline, Data Model Updates, & Orchestration using DBT / Streams/ Tasks / Astronomer & Testing

Required Qualifications

• Expert Hands-on experience in the following:
• Technologies such as Python, Teradata, MYSQL, SQL Server, RDBMS, Apache Airflow, AWS S3, AWS Datalake, Unix scripting, AWS Cloud Formation, DevOps, GitHub
• Demonstrate best practices in implementing Airflow orchestration best practices such as creating DAG’s, and hands on knowledge in Python libraries including Pandas, Numpy, Boto3, Dataframe, connectors to different databases, APIs
• Data modelling, Master and Operational Data Stores, Data ingestion & distribution patterns, ETL / ELT technologies, Relational and Non-Relational DB's, DB Optimization patterns
• Develop virtual warehouses using Snowflake for data-sharing needs for both internal and external customers.
• Create Snowflake data-sharing capabilities that will create a marketplace for sharing files, datasets, and other types of data in real-time and batch frequencies
• At least 8+ years’ experience in ETL/Data Development experience
• Working knowledge of Fact / Dimensional data models and AWS Cloud
• Strong Experience in creating Technical design documents, source-to-target mapping, Test cases/resultsd.
• Understand the security requirements and apply RBAC, PBAC, ABAC policies on the data.
• Build data pipelines in Snowflake leveraging Data Lake (S3/Blob), Stages, Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Time travel, and other critical capabilities within Snowflake
