Python Embedded Engineer

Python Engineer who has experience in embedded system is must. Please look for the candidates who are trustworthy and good in communication.

We are looking for a skilled Python Embedded Engineer with 3+ years of experience and exposure to embedded systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize software solutions that interact with hardware and embedded platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and tools.

Work on embedded system software development and integration.

Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams for end-to-end solution development.

Optimize software performance for embedded environments.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Contribute to testing, validation, and product release activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in Python development.

Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.

Experience or exposure to embedded systems is preferred.

Knowledge of hardware-software interaction and communication protocols.

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have

Experience with C/C++.

Knowledge of RTOS or Linux-based embedded systems.

Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, or device drivers.

Exposure to CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.

Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and

LAP)

● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role

● Fluency in the regional language will be an additional benefit

Job Description :

• Create B2B target lists and prospect lists for Praan's MKII or HIVE product lines
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries and companies to pitch our products and solutions.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address their requirements.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and competitive positioning to effectively articulate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products and solutions to prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and our CEO or other key stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

Skill Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in a sales or lead generation role in a B2B environment.
• Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals.

• Establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship within the company’s IT, Commercial Digital Solutions, Functions, and Businesses you interact with
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with teams responsible for delivering solutions to the company’s businesses and functions
• Perform key management and thought leadership in the areas of advanced data techniques, including data modeling, data access, data integration, data visualization, big data solutions, text mining, data discovery, statistical methods, and database design
• Work with business partners to define ways to leverage data to develop platforms and solutions to drive business growth
• Engage collaboratively with project teams to support project objectives through the application of sound data architectural principles; support the project with knowledge of existing data assets and provide guidance on reusable data structures
• Share knowledge of external and internal data capabilities and trends, provide leadership, and facilitate the evaluation of vendors and products
• Utilize advanced data analysis, including statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Collaborate with others to set an enterprise data vision with solid recommendations, and work to gain business and IT consensus

• Overall 15+ years of IT Environment Experience.
• Solid background as a data architect/cloud architect with a minimum of 5 years as a core architect
• Architecting experience in the cloud data warehouse solutions (Snowflake preferred, big query/redshift/synapse analytics-nice to have)
• Strong architecture and design skills using Azure Services( Like ADF/Data Flows/Evengrids/IOTHUB/EvenHub/ADLS Gen2 /Serverless Azure Functions/Logic Apps/Azure Analysis Services Cube Design patterns/Azure SQL Db)
• Working Knowledge on Lambda/Kappa frameworks within the data Lake designs& architecture solutions
• Deep understanding of the DevOps/DataOps patterns
• Architecting the semantic models
• Data modeling experience with Data vault principles
• Cloud-native Batch & Realtime ELT/ETL patterns
• Familiarity with Lucid Chart/Visio
• Logging & monitoring pattern designs in the data lake /data warehouse context
• Meta data-driven design patterns * solutioning expertise
• Data Catalog integration experience in the data lake designs
• 3+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with analytics deployment in the cloud (prefer Azure but AWS knowledge is acceptable)
• 5+ years of delivering analytics in modern data architecture (Hadoop, Massively Parallel Processing Database Platforms, and Semantic Modeling)
• Demonstrable knowledge of ETL and ELT patterns and when to use either one; experience selecting among different tools that could be leveraged to accomplish this (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SAP Data Services)
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with different scripting languages (python, javascript, PIG, or object-oriented programming like Java or . NET)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
• 2+ years of experience designing solutions leveraging Microsoft Cortana Intelligence Suite of Products [Azure SQL, Azure SQL DW, Cosmos DB, HDInsight, DataBricks]
• Experience with enterprise systems, like CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
• Ability to work independently, establishing strategic objectives, project plans, and milestones
