As part of our expansion, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team and drive growth by securing new clients for our BPO services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

Solution-Based Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored payment solutions that align with their business objectives.

Prompt Client Support: Respond to client inquiries swiftly, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals, qualifying them to create opportunities that convert into closed deals.

Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requests and needs are addressed efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Client Feedback & Improvement: Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and proactively suggest service improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the payments or financial services sector.

Experience working with high-risk industries (Forex, gambling, online gaming) is a plus.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Knowledge of payment processing solutions is preferred.

Ability to travel if required for meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Freshers are welcome with Good English Proficiency.

Responsibilities-

*Utilize outbound calling techniques to identify and qualify leads

*Asking questions to qualify leads as per clients requirement

*Excellent verbal communication skills

*Knowledge of best practices in sales processes

*Keeping up to date on specifics of the service and informing the client of the same. 

*Meeting targets on a regular basis

*Proven experience in outbound sales/lead generation

Location- Koramangala

Timings- 7.30 PM- 4.30 AM 

Shift- Monday to Friday ( Sat and Sun fixed off)
