Frontend Developer

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Build responsive, performant web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Implement pixel-perfect UI designs from mockups and wireframes
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to define API requirements

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
• Contribute to technical discussions and help make architectural decisions

Quality & Maintenance

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and best practices
• Improve existing codebases through refactoring and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular)
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) or CSS-in-JS solutions
• Knowledge of modern build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn)
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Zustand)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects

Job Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code

* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

* Prepare the technical design of complex technology components

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7) or above JDK 8 preferable, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns

* Hands on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit

* Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Microservices, RESTful

Roles and Responsibilities :

Skills required :

• Strong knowledge of javascript programming, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, ES6 Strong knowledge of modern responsive design techniques
• Strong knowledge of stateless microservices (node/java/etc..), HTTPS/REST, JSON, Webpack/Grunt/Gulp
• Very good understanding and implementation experience of web application UI using OpenID Connect login/authentication
• Version Control – Git, CI/CD of UI projects(e.g. CircleCI, Travis CI, Jenkins), configuration and deployment of static UI assets

Must have skills :

• Must have at least 4 years of industry experience in white labeled Front End web application design & development
• Experience in Test Driven Development, Front End testing and performance optimization (e.g. Jest, unit testing, end-to-end testing)

• Professional development experience with Angular 10
• At least 1-2 years of JavaScript development experience for web applications.
• Strong eye for design, UI, and UX.
• Passion for front-end development.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
