What You’ll Be Working On:

*Multiphysics Simulations – using COMSOL, EMwave, open-source tools, or any FEM software.

* Design & Analysis – work on rigorous modeling and real-world validation to bring breakthrough transducers.

What You Know (or Ready to Learn):

*Experience with Multiphysics simulation software

*Strong analytical skills in physics, applied mathematics, or engineering

*Ability to optimize transducer designs and validate through simulation & experiments

*Experience/Previous projects with COMSOL,EMwave or any FEM tools is a plus!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Personal Branding & PR Specialist to lead executive visibility, founder-led storytelling, and public relations initiatives.

The goal of this role is to strategically craft, position, and amplify Miror’s voice through media, thought leadership, partnerships visibility, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will strengthen Miror’s brand authority while building credible and consistent narratives across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Branding & Executive Visibility: Develop and execute personal branding strategies for founders and key leadership. Craft thought leadership content, speaker profiles, opinion pieces, and executive narratives.

Public Relations & Media Outreach: Identify and secure earned media opportunities. Write press releases, media pitches, interview briefs, and editorial contributions.

Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, industry bodies, healthcare partners, and institutional collaborators.

Brand Management: Ensure all communications align with Miror’s brand identity, tone, and values. Uphold a strong, credible public image.

Social Media & Narrative Alignment: Collaborate with the social media and content teams to align storytelling with PR and personal branding strategies.

Market Research & Opportunity Mapping: Monitor industry trends, competitor narratives, and media landscapes to identify visibility opportunities.

Event & Speaker Positioning: Support executive participation in conferences, panels, webinars, and industry events.

Crisis & Reputation Management: Develop communication strategies to protect and defend Miror’s reputation when needed.

Reporting & Analysis: Track PR, media coverage, executive visibility, and narrative impact. Provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Personal Branding, PR, Corporate Communications, or related roles
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Experience building media relationships and securing coverage
• Ability to position executives/founders as thought leaders
• Experience in digital platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about women’s health, wellness, and impact-driven brands

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/setting up of the Linux environment, who can write shell scripts for any given requirement.

• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring Kubernetes & EKS and ensuring high availability of container orchestration.

Experience:

• Min 3 years of experience as SRE automation engineer building, running, and maintaining production sites. Not looking for candidates who have experience only as L1/L2 or Build & Deploy..

Timings:

• The person is expected to deliver with both high speed and high quality as well as work for 40 Hours per week (~6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week) in shifts which will rotate every month.

Required skill

• Around 6- 8.5 years of experience and around 4+ years in AI / Machine learning space
• Extensive experience in designing large scale machine learning solution for the ML use case,  large scale deployments and establishing continues automated improvement / retraining framework.
• Strong experience in Python and Java is required.
• Hands on experience on Scikit-learn, Pandas, NLTK
• Experience in Handling of Timeseries data and associated techniques like Prophet, LSTM
• Experience in Regression, Clustering, classification algorithms
• Extensive experience in buildings traditional Machine Learning SVM, XGBoost, Decision tree and Deep Neural Network models like RNN, Feedforward is required.
• Experience in AutoML like TPOT or other
• Must have strong hands on experience in Deep learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch 
• Knowledge of Capsule Network or reinforcement learning, SageMaker is a desirable skill
• Understanding of Financial domain is desirable skill
