Job Overview:

We’re searching for a Human Resources Operations Executive for our internal Operations teams to handle strategic HR-related issues and concerns. We’re looking for someone who can help in

implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.

Job Responsibilities -

● Handle overall HR Operations, including end-to-end onboarding formalities, performance management, office time management, and employee documentation.

● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre & post-joining formalities,

employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and issuing offer & appointment letters.

● Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR data in compliance with company policies.

● Support Talent Management initiatives, including performance tracking, employee retention efforts, and workforce planning.

● Plan and coordinate Training & Development programs by identifying training needs and supporting learning initiatives for employee growth.

● Drive Employee Engagement activities to improve morale, culture, and workplace relationships.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes and communication.

● Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as required.

● Handle payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring accuracy

and timely execution.

Responsibilities:

● Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

● Collaborate with cross-team (developers, designers, product owners, QA) to define,

design, and ship new features.

● Prepare test plans, and test cases and execute/automate them.

● Write and review unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and

general reliability

● Problem solve and determine out-of-the-box solutions for complex technical

requirements

Requirements:

● B.Tech/B.E degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

● Proven software development experience and Android skills development

● Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least

one original Android app

● Experience with Android SDK

● Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

● Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and

emerging technologies

● Experienced in handling both legacy code and greenfield development and can make

technical recommendations based on the needs of the project

● Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Implement and constantly improve Processes and System to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize inventory utilization.
• Responsible for entire inventory movement cycle immediately after the PO is raised at HO.
• Tracking ETD & ETA of all Import Consignments as well as Internal Inventory movement within India Operations.
• Coordinate with Buying Team and Location Teams on Periodic Sales & Inventory Requirement Forecast – at least for a period of 3 months / 1 Qrtr in advance.

• Execute & Maintain Category & Merchandising Planogram as prescribed by respective Buyer.
• Responsible for Setting up and Implementation of Auto Replenishment Process at all locations in coordination with Location team and IS team.
• Formulate, Generate and Share Inventory related MIS reports with HO Functions on periodic basis. For example – Self-life Expiry Report, Stock Availability Report, Flagging all potential alert situation
