Job Description – Software Engineer (Java Spring Boot + Angular)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from Client Office)

Experience: 4–8 years

Role Overview

We are hiring Software Engineers with strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular to work on enterprise-level applications at the client office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Build interactive front-end modules using Angular.
• Collaborate with the lead, QA, and product team for high-quality delivery.
• Understand requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.
• Fix bugs, optimize code, and improve application performance.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong coding skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful API development.
• Experience working with Angular.
• Good understanding of Microservices concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2C facing business.
• Although not mandatory, the experience of working in a Marketing Agency/FMCG Company/E-Commerce Company/Fintech Company is preferred.
• Experience in ideating and executing major campaigns.
• Experience in running ads on digital platforms, Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.
• Knowledge of building landing pages on WordPress is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to continuously learn emerging marketing trends and adopt the ones aligning with business objectives.
• Ability to coordinate and work with interdepartmental teams.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer and Business Analyst with a strong background in development and architecture who likes to get into the details! The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting with Tech Diligence reports by gathering information from various teams and translating it into a format that is easily understandable by business stakeholders. Expertise with Generative AI ( LLMs) is required.

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and insights for Tech Diligence reports.

·         Analyze technical documentation, code repositories, and other relevant resources to extract key information.

·        Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling written content suitable for business stakeholders.

·        Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides.

·        Review and edit technical content produced by other team members for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing.

·        Expert at using Generative AI ( LLMs)

Experience & Background

• 7 + years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong foundation in structured documentation methodologies (DITA, XML, modular writing, etc.).
• Proficient in Google Docs, MS Office, graphs, and visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of various technology stacks and ability to document them effectively.

AI & Documentation Automation

• Strong exposure to AI-driven documentation tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-assisted metadata tagging, etc.).
• Experience with documentation automation and content optimization workflows.
• Genuine interest in working with AI-driven tools to enhance documentation processes.

Resume & Communication Skills

• Concise and well-structured resume with minimal grammatical errors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (this is mandatory).

• Must be able to communicate with a global audience and handle various communication styles.

Technical & Documentation Tools
