Media is one of BXI's most vibrant categories. We help brands unlock media inventory — print, digital, OOH, radio, and more — through smart barter solutions. We are looking for a media-savvy BD professional who can onboard brands, pitch barter solutions, and drive revenue in the media sales vertical.

▌ WHAT YOU'LL DO

•    Drive media sales and advertising sales across multiple formats — OOH (outdoor), digital, print, radio

•    Onboard brands and advertisers onto the BXI platform as media barter clients

•    Pitch consultative barter solutions — understanding brand objectives and crafting tailored media barter deals

•    Build relationships with brand managers, media planners, and agency partners

•    Generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals consistently to meet monthly targets

•    Drive numbers — revenue targets are non-negotiable, and you will be expected to own them

•    Coordinate with internal teams for deal structuring, approvals, and execution

•    Stay updated on media trends, pricing, and inventory availability across formats

▌ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•    2+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or outdoor/OOH advertising

•    Proven ability to pitch and close advertising or media deals

•    Prior experience in OOH/outdoor advertising sales is highly preferred

•    Understanding of the media ecosystem — agencies, brands, planners, and buying cycles

•    Target-oriented with strong follow-through and deal-closing instincts

•    Excellent communication and relationship management skills

•    Ability to work consultatively and position barter as a strategic value-add

•    Energetic, persuasive, and self-driven

4 to 7 years of hands on IT/tech recruitment experience in product or tech-heavy environments

End-to-end hiring ownership for technical roles (sourcing to offer closure)

Proven experience hiring niche tech roles: Software, Data, BI, QA, Cloud/DevOps, IT Support, UI/UX, Technical PMs

Strong expertise in talent sourcing beyond job boards (LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, talent mapping, passive hiring)

Experience with ATS platforms, Boolean search, and tech screening/evaluations

Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and tech leaders to forecast demand and close roles at speed

Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, and candidate management skills

Bachelor’s degree (Technical background or MBA preferred)

You would be working with the latest technologies to build new features, improve performance and reliability of existing features, and improve our development processes as we scale. Product engineering team works in functional pods. You will be working on building certain aspects of the product. For executing the product vision, you will work closely with other developers, QA, product engineers, and customer support team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the facility management and housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Review and manage admin-related reports and checklists for accuracy and completion.
• Oversee and ensure effective administrative functions within the assigned department, such as analysis, reconciliation, reports & presentations preparation, budget and purchasing research, and account monitoring.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices, preparing checks, and reconciling statements.
• Assist in preparing budgets by coordinating and compiling data, researching past expenditures, and making projections for the following year.
• Manage databases and other information systems to ensure data is updated and accessible.
• Coordinate and support various administrative projects and initiatives.

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. On the backend, you will have the opportunity to help our product scale and be involved in the further architecture of the Sureify platform.
