Trader Relationship Manager

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with 5-10 years of proven expertise in capital markets, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of raising capital from diverse sources and a deep understanding of global financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of capital raising strategies to support our global fintech lending operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for optimizing capital structures and funding sources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and investor relations activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the capital markets team to drive performance excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Risk Operations at high-growth marketplaces/fintechs.
• Have experience in Liquify and partnerships have relationships with hedge fund in the US and Europe.
• Passion for technology, especially in marketplaces or fintech, web debt fund, structured debt and corporate financing.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving projects from strategy through implementation; happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done.
• Knowledge of capital markets funding and financing transactions.
• Understands Treasury investment portfolio management, foreign currency risk, and counterparty credit risk evaluation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Highly analytical - can drive complex analyses and manage projects to KPIs and metrics.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with blockchain-based fintech companies.
• Knowledge of securitization, structured finance, and alternative investments.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA.

Qualification : Any Graduation

A Wealth Manager is required to interact with customers for the most part of his/her day. The job also requires thorough financial and alternative investment sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies required are:

Requirements :

• Proven track record in call handling both inbound & outbound
• Must have B2C experience
• Must have basic knowledge of business financial products
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Prior work experience is Financial organisation preferred

Role and Responsibilities

A Quantitative Strategist/Quantitative Trader profile at QuantX requires rigorous quantitative aptitude and go-get attitude.

• Deployment of quantitative models in Indian Equity and Derivatives markets to generate returns.
• Management of Quantitative Trading Programs.
• Data Analysis

Requirements

Education (Candidate should satisfy one of the following)

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics or B.Sc./M.Sc. Statistics from a reputed college with good grades
• Tech with good grades and strong quantitative aptitude
• CFA/FRM Level 1 cleared
• Any other degree with Financial Derivatives as a subject and through knowledge of Derivative Greeks (Portfolio Level, Risk Management, Hedging)  

Skills

• Exceptional Quantitative Aptitude
• Psychological composure and Logical/Objective decision making
• Comfortable working on computer programs

Preferences

Following skill sets are not required but candidate will get preference if he/she possesses any of the following:

• Working knowledge of python for historical data analysis or working on real-time analytics getting feed from a web API (Data structures, numpy, scikit-learn, tensor flow)
• MATLAB/R for Time series analysis
• Knowledge of AFL ( Amibroker Formula Language)

Pay Structure

• Extensive training period(probation period) of 2 months(Stipend Paid during training period INR 10,000)
• Pay Structure post the training period:

Junior Trader:

Base Salary I + 5% of Revenue share

       Senior Trader:

(Base Salary I + 27% hike) + 10% of Revenue Share

Working Hours

We neither believe in staying unnecessary in office if there's nothing productive to be done nor do we believe in long unproductive lunch breaks
