Job Description:
We are seeking a Math Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various knowledge domains in middle and high school math, such as the number system, expressions and equations, geometry, statistics, and commercial arithmetic. The role involves creating well-structured learning materials, reviewing and composing new and existing questions, and providing solutions and hints to address students' specific knowledge gaps.
Scope:
- Understand various knowledge domains in middle and high school math (the number system, expressions and equations, geometry, statistics, and commercial arithmetic, etc.) and create well-structured learning materials.
- Compose or review new and existing questions, and their solutions, hints, etc., to identify and address students' specific knowledge gaps.
- Create unique content that simplifies complex mathematical concepts for better student comprehension.
- Ensure all content aligns with educational standards, curriculum requirements, and additional requirements as per direction.
- Analyze data and insights to identify common questions and usage patterns and inform content creation to improve the educational impact of the materials.
- Provide reports and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
- Must have or be working towards a degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a similar subject area.
- Deep understanding of different curricula used in India (and preferably abroad too).
