Job Description

Serve as liaison between the CEO, executives, senior leaders for project updates, proposals, and planning. Independently lead multiple high stake projects that impact the PnL across Growth, Technology, Operations and Product Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning, and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities. 

Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects. Willingness to develop and learn subject matter expertise in healthcare, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications. 

Requirements 

Ex Consultants from McKinsey/ Bain/ BCG or other top tier consulting firms will be preferred 

Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from top tier engineering schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM/ ISB within 1-4 years experience will be preferred 

Minimum 2 years prior experience in strategy consulting or strong experience in leading PnL at a high growth startups or equally analytical roles preferred. 

Strong analytical ability, with excellent track record as an independent problem solver. Ability to understand large amounts of data to problem find the issue and crisply communicating to CEO will be a given. Adept at MS Excel & PPT 

Extremely agile, and enjoys working in a highly dynamic environment where there is pressure to deliver on business outcomes. Wants to be legendary every day. 

Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.

 

What a Typical day looks like: • In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an annual HR plan for meeting business needs. • Provide advice and support to business leaders on key HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management / talent development, career development, employee engagement etc • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the site / businesses. • Drive employee communications / engagement within business segment. • Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required • Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Requires a degree in Human Resources Management or related areas. MBA a plus. • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience. • Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results. • Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices. • Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills. The key aspects of this role include:

 

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Python.

• Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.

• Handle server-side code for a production platform and contribute to new features

To be the right fit, you'll need:

• More than 4+ years of experience as a software developer in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.

• Good understanding of common design patterns and architecture principles to design reliable and Scalable applications

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledge of databases line NoSQL or MongoDB

• Good to have AWS and Docker or Web services

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

Requirements and skills

Strong on application development using HTML, CSS, angular programming languages.
