We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Generating new leads in the field of WEB DEVELOPMENT, APP DEVELOPMENT, DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES

Qualifications

• Ready to work on target basis
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in IT field
• Previous work experience should be from IT Service based company ( WEB DEVELOPMENT, APP DEVELOPMENT, DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES)
• Capable of closing end to end sales in the field of web development, app development, digital marketing services
• Capable of generating new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Full knowledge in the field of graphic designing
• 1 years of experience,or fresher in graphic designing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop/InDesign/illustrator/adobe animation
• video editing skills
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking,vedio editing , typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

A full-stack developer handles both: Front-end and Back-end. need to build web pages, websites, create UI, make the website simple and attractive.

Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) along with CSS3 and HTML5. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. 

React Native, MongoDB, Node JS Knowledge is a plus.    

Responsibilities

1. Design the overall architecture of the web application.
2. Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications.
3. Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
4. Maintain code integrity and organization.
5. Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
6. Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

Qualifications

• Graduation/ masters in computer science
• Good communication
• Minimum 1 years of experience in mobile application and web application development.
• Front end Skills: Html, CSS, JavaScript ES6, React JS, react-native.
• Back end skills: Node Js, Mongo DB (Added advantage)
