Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Trainer to deliver classroom and online training on AWS and Azure to students ranging from freshers to working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum delivery, live lab sessions, doubt resolution, and guiding learners toward industry certifications and job readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on AWSand/or Azure Design and conduct hands-on labs using real cloud environments, not simulators
• Prepare and update training material, presentations, and lab exercises aligned with current certification blueprints
• Mentor students through certification prep (AWS/Azure exams) and real-world project work
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions to track batch progress
• Stay current with evolving AWS/Azure services and update course content accordingly
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with hiring partner requirements
• Support both classroom (HSR Layout campus) and online batches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience training/teaching AWS and/or Azure (corporate training, institute training, or L&D experience preferred)
• Strong hands-on expertise in core cloud services, compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security fundamentals
• Relevant certification(s) preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect (AZ-104/305), or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex cloud concepts for learners at different levels
• Prior experience in an EdTech or training institute environment is a strong plus

Job Title: DevOps Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient DevOps Trainer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices and tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring aspiring professionals on CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools. A willingness to quickly ramp up on emerging technologies based on business needs is essential. The role also demands the ability to conduct engaging training sessions across both virtual and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions on key DevOps topics such as:
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP basics)
• Monitoring and Logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Design and update curriculum, training material, hands-on labs, and assessments
• Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and real-world project simulations
• Guide and mentor students or professionals during their capstone projects
• Collaborate with the L&D team to continuously improve training delivery and learner engagement
• Stay updated with emerging tools and practices in the DevOps landscape

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Around 2 years of industry experience in a DevOps role or equivalent
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Shell)
• Solid understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Good exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of any cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Prior experience in training or mentoring (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way

Good to Have:

• DevOps/Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA)
• Experience with LMS platforms and virtual labs
• Familiarity with Agile practices and DevSecOps

As a part of customer success team your goal is to provide an exceptional customer onboarding experience, providing them step-by-step tutorials, unlimited guidance and support. It involves taking customers from that very first initial contact to make sure he becomes a champion user driving product adoption and ultimately retention.

1. Take handover from sales by understanding customers' persona, their pain points and expectation. 
2. Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process by defining milestone, training schedule, onboarding goals and communicate it to customers. 
3. Guide users on product features and train them to use it effectively.
4. Make sure the customer achieves an early value and feels WOW so he actually starts reaping the potential of the product.
5. Evaluate customers usage patterns and determine additional ways the customer can successfully leverage the platform features.
6. Build and maintain resources required for onboarding. (Walkthrough, set up guides, help tutorials, emails and video tutorials)
7. Rigorously measure onboarding time and improve it continuously.
8. Provide feedback to Marketing, Sales, Support, Success and Engineering teams to further improve product.
9. Handover to Success and Support team after successful onboarding completion.
10. Maintain regular communications with clients about new feature developments and enhancements to product. 
11. Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks.

• At least 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Account Management, Sales, Corporate Training etc. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products.
• Ability to understand a software product and its nuances very well.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
