Job Description:
- Contribute to all phases of the development life-cycle of the students and train a dynamic team of students.
- Should possess strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, Angular JS, React JS, Node JS, and DBMS along with a passion for Blockchain.
- Good to have knowledge of Rust and Solidity
- Excellent in any of the programming languages.
- Ready to upgrade the idle candidates. Should stay up-to-date with the latest development in the field.
- Facilitating the student's available resources such as curriculum, data, hardware, etc.
- Upgrading the students’ knowledge quality by taking them through the important functionalities of technologies.
- Sharply train the student's minds in analyzing the problem-solving ability of the students
- Train and guide the students to analyze the errors and design strategies to overcome them.
- Lead learning enhancement through developing assignment and assessment modules
- Integrate the use of advanced technology for upscale training quality, and develop plans to track and monitor the progress of students.
- Should be capable of completing the assigned module in the given time.
- Conduct regular research for further enhancement of curriculum on a regular basis.
- Should be able to communicate and connect with students in an effective way.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop engaging LMS course content, modules, and assessments.
Content Management:
- Upload, organize, and maintain course materials within the LMS.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs and gather content.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and test course content to ensure it meets quality standards.
User Support:
- Provide guidance to learners and develop support materials like user guides and FAQs.
Evaluation and Improvement:
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for LMS.
- Proficiency with LMS software and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Take handover from sales by understanding customers' persona, their pain points and expectation.
- Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process by defining milestone, training schedule, onboarding goals and communicate it to customers.
- Guide users on product features and train them to use it effectively.
- Make sure the customer achieves an early value and feels WOW so he actually starts reaping the potential of the product.
- Evaluate customers usage patterns and determine additional ways the customer can successfully leverage the platform features.

- Provide feedback to Marketing, Sales, Support, Success and Engineering teams to further improve product.
- Handover to Success and Support team after successful onboarding completion.
- Maintain regular communications with clients about new feature developments and enhancements to product.
- Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks.
