In this role, you will work with innovative ventures and play a pivotal role in our advisory team to build compelling cases that foster strategic initiatives. You will conduct client interviews, develop case wireframes, and structure work to represent strategic paths. • Proficient in framing questions for RFIs: Skilled in identifying critical data requirements and crafting precise & insightful questions to gather essential information from clients through Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Process Documentation: Develop and record systematic methodologies for analysing business cases to ensure consistency across projects
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across teams to develop effective solutions to engagement pain points that improve client satisfaction and retention
• Report Presentation: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and present your findings. Engage with both parties to ensure their needs are met and effectively communicate your work

Education: ·Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field

Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst role within a start-up or management consulting firm

About the Role

We’re looking for an Elixir Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high

performance backend systems. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to design,

develop, and maintain reliable applications that power mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Elixir and Phoenix framework.

• Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems.

• Integrate APIs, databases, and message queues for real-time applications.

• Optimize system performance and ensure low latency and high throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the development team to plan, execute and monitor deployments
• Capacity planning for product deployments
• Adopt best practices for deployment and monitoring systems
• Ensure the SLAs for performance, up time are met
• Constantly monitor systems, suggest changes to improve performance and decrease costs.

Key Competencies (Functional):

• Proficiency in coding in atleast one scripting language - bash, Python, etc
• Has personally managed a fleet of servers (> 15)
• Understand different environments production, deployment and staging
• Worked in micro service / Service oriented architecture systems
• Has worked with automated deployment systems – Ansible / Chef / Puppet.
• Can write MySQL queries

General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities

• Participation in the requirements analysis, design, development and testing of applications.
• The candidate is expected to write code himself/herself.
• The candidate is expected to write high level code, code review, unit testing and deployment.
• Practical application of design principles with a focus on the user experience, usability, template
• designs, cross browser issues and client server concepts.
• Contributes to the development of project estimates, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Works closely with QA team to determine testing requirements to ensure full coverage and best
• quality of product.
• There is also the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members in excelling their jobs.

Job Specifications

• BE/B. Tech. Computer Science or MCA from a reputed University.
• 3 -12 Years of experience in software development, with emphasis on JAVA/J2EE Server side programming.
• Hands on experience in Core Java, Multithreading, RMI, Socket programing,
• JDBC, NIO, webservices and Design patterns.
• Should have Knowledge of distributed system, distributed caching, messaging frameworks,
• ESB etc.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system and PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/Cassandra database is essential.
• Additionally, knowledge of HBase, Hadoop and Hive are desirable.
• Familiarity with message queue systems and AMQP and Kafka is desirable.
• Should have experience as a participant in Agile methodologies.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
