About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in 3D animation, motion design, and interactive experiences. The ideal candidate will design intuitive interfaces, craft engaging animations, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to deliver seamless, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create 3D assets, motion graphics, and micro-interactions to elevate user experience.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interaction analysis to refine designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and animation technologies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (3+ years) with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch for design and prototyping.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Motion design & animation skills with After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.

Good to Have

• Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or Unity for interactive 3D UI.
• Familiarity with motion design principles and AR/VR-based design.
• Understanding of version control basics (Git) for design-developer workflows.

• Strong Product Motion Designer / Animator / Interaction Designer profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Motion Designer / Animator.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have worked with Product Design teams on interactive motion design projects for consumer-focused apps.
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong portfolio showcasing interaction designs, product animations, motion designs, micro-interactions & illustrations from top B2C product companies (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Cred, Paytm, Flipkart, etc.).
• Mandatory (Company) – Must be from Top B2C Product Companies
• Mandatory (Exclusion 1) – Do not consider candidates focused mainly on illustrartion or marketing motion graphics (ads, banners, brand films, video editing).
• Mandatory (Exclusion 2) – Do not consider Gaming-focused Motion Designer profiles
• Mandatory (Tools & Skills) – Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.

Strong Senior Backend Engineer profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using one or more frameworks (FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), Express (Node.js).

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have deep understanding of relevant libraries, tools, and best practices within the chosen backend framework

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, along with efficient data modeling and performance optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems, including system design and clean code practices

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, or fintech applications is highly preferred (fintech background is a strong plus)

Required Skills -                                                               

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience in design, architect, developing and delivering native mobile and cross platform Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms applications using Xamarin Studio or Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience in design and architect mobile back-end services.
• Strong knowledge in C#.net and SQLite Database with Entity Framework.
