This is a senior-level Product Marketing Manager role for a B2B SaaS company.
The person will lead customer marketing and lifecycle marketing initiatives — meaning they focus on existing customers (engagement, retention, advocacy, upsell, cross-sell), not just new lead generation. They will also manage a team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy (like NPS, testimonials, referrals, etc.).
- Create lifecycle campaigns to support upsell, cross-sell, and adoption.
2. Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers (content, demand gen, design, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency using design tools like Canva.
- Track and report campaign performance.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Run multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social media, paid ads, webinars).
- Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Align with CRM (like Salesforce) for customer engagement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Customer Success → to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
- Work with Sales → to align messaging and support revenue goals.
- Work with Product → to communicate new features and collect user stories/case studies.
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as customer engagement, campaign ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze data, optimize campaigns, and manage marketing budgets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 11–15 years total, with at least 5–6 years in people management
- Industry" B2B SaaS (must have)
- Specialization: Customer marketing / Lifecycle marketing (not just lead gen)
- Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot (any marketing automation + CRM tools)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills
- Extras: Experience using AI tools for content, Canva templates, and OKR alignment

What You Will Do:
As a Data Governance Lead at Kanerika, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and operationalizing the data governance framework, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Governance Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment
- Develop and maintain enterprise data governance strategies, policies, and standards.
- Align governance with business goals: compliance, analytics, and decision-making.
- Collaborate across business, IT, legal, and compliance teams for role alignment.
- Drive governance training, awareness, and change management programs.
2. Microsoft Purview Administration & Implementation
- Manage Microsoft Purview accounts, collections, and RBAC aligned to org structure.
- Optimize Purview setup for large-scale environments (50TB+).
- Integrate with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB, Power BI, Snowflake.
- Schedule scans, set classification jobs, and maintain collection hierarchies.
3. Metadata & Lineage Management
- Design metadata repositories and maintain business glossaries and data dictionaries.
- Implement ingestion workflows via ADF, REST APIs, PowerShell, Azure Functions.
- Ensure lineage mapping (ADF → Synapse → Power BI) and impact analysis.
- To oversee all the social media accounts management.
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled post
- Should have basic knowledge of reels, should be able to assist during product photo shoots.
- Should be technically sound and familiar with digital marketing strategies to coordinate with marketing agencies to improve ROl of ad spends.
- Should have basic knowledge of picture and video editing for curating content and ad related posts and videos.
- Copywriting for content that goes up on website, app and other platforms as and when needed.
