Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead full-stack development initiatives, mentor the development team, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end components using AngularJS.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
• Integrate and manage MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend and backend.
• Manage Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in full-stack development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong backend skills using Java & Spring Boot.
• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and queries.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and web architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Maven, Git.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and serialization formats.
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Skills:

• Prior experience leading a development team (preferred).
• Ability to mentor, guide, and coach junior developers.
• Strong project planning and coordination abilities.

Soft Skills:

We are looking for a Java developer responsible for building Java applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Backend (Mandatory/Must to have skills) :

1. Core Java/Java8,
2. Spring boot,
3. Spring Security,
4. Hibernate or any other ORM (Object Relational Mapping) framework.
5. SQL/PL-SQL (Oracle or Mysql or postgresql) but mostly Oracle
6. Restful webservices

Backend (Good to have skills) :

1. Knowledge of SOAP based webservices
2. Struts framework
3. Microservices

Backend (Not absolutely necessary but plus point if candidate has knowledge about ) :

1. Docker
2. Apache Kafka/ any other messaging queue tool like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc.,)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

We are searching for a talented and experienced web application developer to join a highly agile/scrum development team to develop our next-generation data analytics applications. This is a senior technical role and the successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of developing enterprise-grade web front-end using technologies such as MEAN stack, JavaScript, Ajax, and JSON.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop web applications and data visualizations for our big data analytics platform. 
• Develop Proof-of-Concept and prototype applications using new technologies and frameworks. In addition to collaborating with internal teams and clients to create innovative solutions. 
• Help establish GUI best practices and JavaScript frameworks for web development
• Provide technology and implementation expertise to domains, projects, or clients 
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge in emerging technologies and frameworks; participate in knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions from project experiences 

What you need for this position: 

• 3+ Years of relevant experience. 
• Hands-on Expertise in javascript-based frameworks and technologies such as ExpressJS, Angular (all versions), and NodeJS. 
• Experience in building high-performance multi-user web-scale applications and portals. ● Familiarity with visualization libraries like D3 JS, Kibana, etc. 
• Proven experience in developing software using the Agile/SCRUM development methodology. 
• command of web standards, CSS-based design, and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Attention to detail, Dedication, and Problem Solving skills. 
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Neo4j / VoltDB / MongoDB / Redis is good to have. 
• Good understanding of developer tools and DevOps such as Git, Ansible, cloud platforms such as AWS, Docker, etc is good to have. 
• Preferred, not mandatory - Prior experience in mobile development (Hybrid app- Ionic/Cordova, React Native)
