Job description:
1. Lead the Technical and Regulatory documentation for smooth operations.
2. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of COA, TDS, MSDS and other related technical documents.
3. Maintain a real-time database of Products & Suppliers with corresponding technical documents.
4. Mentor and guide the documentation team on writing practices and processes
5. Bring in strong Chemistry knowledge and support the demand and supply team with suitable inputs on specifications.

• Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience of at least 3 years with CA/ MBA(preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in handling credit risk assessment for unsecured business loans. Prior experience in the Lending domain, either with a Bank/ NBFC or a lending platform.
- Very good understanding of documentation related to lending pre-disbursement (mandatory)
- Experience in working on the lending business with a Bank, NBFC, or a platform (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of industry trends and their impact on segments
- Setup basic credit underwriting processes and scale up the vertical
- Ability to assess customers' basic standard programs like Financials, Banking, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel and the ability to bring out insights from data

What you will be doing
- The documentation effort includes evaluation, document preparation (organize, write, capture screen images, index), editing and review with the project team.
- Ability to grasp and visualize enterprise software and infrastructure concepts.
- Ability to produce world class documentation.
- Work closely with the product engineering team and gain deep understanding of the product features, behaviour and requirements.

- Work with the QA team to produce high quality QA documents.
- Update and review existing documents for every release after analysing the changes. Own/Manage these documentations in central repository with a proper folder structure.
- Organize the technical material into various categories of documents.
- Write world class technical content that is clear and consistent with appropriate diagrams, charts and screen shots of the product for better illustration as per established document standards.
- Attend cross-functional planning meetings and scrum meetings
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and current
- Provide daily/weekly activity status to the project heads and communicate with them via email, IM and video conference.
